Quick & Easy

After I posted my job and requested the three bids that Angie’s List suggested, I rec’d two replies, the more responsive of which was S&L. I suspect that my job was too small to be vy appealing, and I’m grateful that S&L was willing to do it. They were efficient in setting up the appt and in making clear the price, which I thought vy reasonable. S&L arrived on time, found their way into our back alley, and removed the firewood pronto. The only vy minor drawback was a little delay in one or two email responses. I would happily work with S&L again.

S&L responded to my inquiry about whether or not they'd be interested in the job right away and set up a time to look at items in need of hauling. They arrived on time, and had brought their truck so that, if we opted to work with them and the timing was convenient, they could just do the job. They were pleasant in our interactions, were careful about the property while driving the truck as close as possible to the basement entrance to collect the freezer, and were just GOOD!

The whole process was great, they responded quickly to my request, got their in the time frame promised and worked quickly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing junk removed.
