Technician replaced the CB box and fixed all the wiring inside it, tested, and made sure AC running again. Very professional and no BS, also reasonable price. Definitely going to call them again! Highly recommended. (Only negative side is company might be very busy and not able to make it at the appointment time. They should at least call the customer and let them know the situation. I had to call the company and found out they could not make it at the appointment time, then told me I need to wait another couple of hours since there is a job to be done ahead of mine. I don’t mind to wait but just they should let me know first since I had to take time off from work. )

In response to the punctuality we give all customers a window of 0-12 12-4 or if busy 8-5 we do our best to stay with in those windows and will call if running behind due to the unexpected. Very well, My heat went out on the coldest weekends I can remember. Jesse came out on Sunday evening. Very professional and hard working. He informed me of the business and their military discount, I've had others provide HVAC service but this company is the absolute best. Highly recommended over all others. Even the Owner came to my house. These Folks are honest too because it seemed like it was a pump issue but it wasn't. Some companies would have exchanged the pump just to get the extra money. I am 100% satisfied and I am also going to let my friends on social media know of this honest company that is not out to rip Folks off. If you are looking for HVAC service, look no further. He knew what he was talking about. He came when he said he would. As it was an emergency, he even came out that night and his wife was in the truck, we appreciated his availability to come out in an emergency time like that. He did a very good job with the repair and we've used him multiple times.

Modern Aire was professional and courteous. Communications from them were excellent. Their technicians explained what was wrong and a service date was scheduled. The technician did the repair and made sure everything was working correctly. Can not say enough good things about them. Every contractor should be like this.

Modern Aire was amazing! These guys were so responsive when our AC went out right before it got really hot in July. I called the evening of and the next morning they were ready to help at my door. The owner, Mr.Owens was very honest, explained everything wrong and how he was going to fix it and exactly what I would be charged for. Billy Owens was super helpful with answering all the different questions we had and gave us his personal cell number to contact him if we needed anything at all! I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I have had two total heating systems replaced. I have had many, many repairs jobs done. If there is a problem, which rarely occurs, they are easy to contact, and quick to respond. I have referred them to many friends and family members, and again, never a problem. They are a first rate operation and not some bush league business. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was $7,300 for one unit & 2,300 for the other unit. They were going to put in a less expensive unit, but I insisted on the larger one. I am extremely happy with them.

Beyond excellent! They?re the only company that I would use here on forward and I have had a number of companies that really screwed up my system. They were the ones who came out and fixed both systems that I had, one at the business and one at the home. It was excellent!
I found them from a referral from another heating & air company. I did not over pay them and I did not have to worry with getting messed up with a cheap price. They were there a little ahead of schedule. They workers were friendly and professional.

After I got my quote I was able to schedule my appointment over the phone with very pleasant staff. I was told all the equipment that I was getting and all the work that needed to be done before anyone even arrived. Once I had the gentlemen over they dressed accordingly and were well mannered. They managed to finish the job quicker then expected and I was able to pay with cash/check/or credit card but I decided to write a check. After all is said and done my unit is running great and I have a 10 year warranty on parts and still a year of labor. Definitely recommend if you like family owned business with great customer service!

He came when he said he would. He fixed the problem and only charged us what he had estimated, even though it took a little longer to finish, due to some "unconventional" repairs made by a previous workman that had to be straightened out. Whenever we have called him, he has been prompt, responsive, professional, and reasonable in what he charges.
