All work was done on schedule and as planned. Very professional.







I have used contractor a second time to install a new vanity top in my powder room.

The job went very smoothly, from beginning to end. Jay worked with our tight schedule and deadline for the holidays. Tim, his talented help took his time with every measurement. The room needed some adjusting because of settling and Tim always had good ideas to make it all come together. We are very pleased with the new space. We used it as a bedroom for one of our ten kids and family for the holidays. Now I can make the room into my office to work from home. We still have to finish the rest of the basement and will be calling Jay to come back in the near future.

We were so pleased with this effort that we asked it be duplicated at yet another remote government location and JCW delivered the same quality effort once again. He accomplished the projects ahead of schedule and under budget adding little extras and making cost cutting recommendations that were very much appreciated. The few changes requested were willingly accommodated. We have used his services for smaller projects with the same results. JCW is the "A" Team and always a first choice whenever we have needs.
Of interest, JCW Construction, was contracted by a large corporation under government contract (where I function as the Program Manager) and his work was funded using government dollars. All too often this results in some vendors and trades upping the ante because it is a government sponsored effort. JCW went the other way and cut costs where able but used quality materials throughout. HIs work was "micrometer" caliber and the results were amazing. No detail was too small - he knows his trade.

It was great. They did an excellent work with great professionalism and they were right on time and schedule. They left the place clean and would work with them again.

This project started in January, 2015.  There was significantly bad weather throughout the winter that hindered the project.  Jay masterfully coordinated all the subcontracting and performed the tasks perfectly.  I had a two story home with a large upstairs unfinished area.  I now have two bedrooms and a bath that match the home perfectly in every way.  This transformed the home.  There is no doubt that this work added three times the value to my home and was done seamlessly.  If anyone has work to be done to their home, large or small, please contact JCW Construction.  This is a service provider that will take the headache out of whatever you are worrying about for your home.

There is nothing Jay can't do. He did a full remodel of our large kitchen from August through October of 2013. He's flexible, handles curve-balls well, and follows through. His prices are fair and he's not satisfied until his customer is satisfied.

Comments: Jay and Tim are wonderful to work with! They are very accommodating. They went out of their way to help me in a tough situation. They even let my dogs out on several occasions while I had to leave for hospital emergency visits. I felt completely safe having them there while I was gone and while I was home. They are still working and nearly finished. My master bathroom will be absolutely gorgeous when they are finished. So will my smaller bathroom. They also painted and are going to add gutters outside before they finish up. They are a great team. I highly recommended them!   They can do just about anything you ask them to do!   Very professional and willing to get it just the way you want it.  

JCW did an amazing job fixing our roof and gutter that came down in an ice storm. They were great to work with getting the estimate and did the work quick and well when it was done. Looking forward to having them do our interior remodeling in a month or so!

He is an amazing artist who does exemplary work.  Everything is finished on time and within budget.  We love the new bathrooms and the stair rail is now very secure. 

Jay Wigginton is the ultimate professional. He communicated daily to let us know job status. He showed us alternatives and discussed pros and cons of each. When there was a problem with finishing off something due to another contractor not sizing something correctly, he actually advocated with other contractor to repair what had not been done correctly the first time on the exterior. The deck was true artistry. He showed up when he said he would and finished job when he said he would. He takes pride in the outcome of his work and it clearly shows. We will definitely use him again.

After getting 3 bids for the remodel of my master bathroom I selected JCW
construction.  I selected JCW because they offered me the flexibility to pick my vanities and fixtures from
whatever vendor I preferred. All of the other bathroom remodelers I received bids from wanted me to purchase all of the products from their showroom which severely limited our options on vanities and fixtures.
Jay, the owner of JCW construction, was on-site everyday during the
remodel and ensured that everything was being done to our satisfaction.
Jay and his crew arrived on-time everyday and were very careful to keep
everything cleaned up during the construction. The remodel included
replacing the existing vanities and tops, replacing all bathroom
fixtures, replacing the floor with ceramic tile, installing a heated
floor system and painting the bathroom at completion.
The vanities were very difficult to replace due to the way they were
originally installed but Jay and his crew went the extra mile to install
the new vanities without having to destroy the wall. It looks so good
you would think they were custom made vanities.
My wife and I are very happy with JCW's work and we would definitely recommend him to anyone we know.
