Dishwasher installed but bathroom sink issue not resolved. Would not recommend.

Warren Hunt called me immediately to set up a non emergency appointment for the following morning. My technician Ed was prompt, friendly, and honest. He educated me about my system and how heat pumps work. He accurately diagnosed my problem and quickly fixed it. I am very pleased and will be calling them back out for routine maintenance in the summer.

Very Professional and very honest. Accidentally overpaid by $100 cash for part to be ordered (Bills stuck together). Technician caught error and applied to balance.

The repair tech arrived solidly within the scheduled window. We were happy to be able to get someone to come out on such a hot day. The tech checked everything thoroughly and took the time to explain the problem along with how to avoid it in the future. Great service, from start to finish - especially considering how hot it was both inside and out!!!

The service went very well. The appointment was set up for between 12 noon to 4 pm. The plumber, Ron, called around 10 or 10:30 am and asked if he could come earlier which worked out well for me so I wouldn't have to wait until the afternoon for the repairs. Ron arrived, took a look at the issues and quoted a price which was fair. He got right to work and had the problems fixed within an hour or so. He showed me the repairs to confirm I was happy with the job. I am very satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

They were excellent and the price was really reasonable.

no problems , crew showed uo when they said and stayed and finished the job . knowledgeable crew ran into some minor problems with gas pipeing but worked on it till the job was compleated, cleaned up afterwards

the crew arrived when they said that they would be , techs were very people friendly and knowledgeable , quickly had the system replaced and up and running and promptly cleaned up afterwards.

We initially called Hunt's (after finding them on here) in December of 2013 when our washing machine wasn't draining properly and we could not snake the drain far enough out on our own.  The repairman showed up promptly and after clearing out the clog, tested with all of the water running to make sure it would not back up again prior to leaving.  Because we were so satisfied with their work in December, we called them again in April when we turned our outside water back on and discovered we had a cracked silcock.  Again, we were very pleased with the speed of their response and the quality of their work.  I have recommended them to friends.

Called them on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday.  They showed up when they said they would and the charge was the same as the quote we received over the phone.  They would have come out on Sunday but we elected to wait until Monday.  Very pleased and will use them again when we need a plumber.

We unexpectedly found ourselves without water this morning. We called several plumbers - we wanted someone who worked with wells as well as traditional plumbing since we weren't exactly sure what the problem was - and Hunt was the most responsive company. The initial person we spoke with was polite and helpful. They were able to have someone out to us within a few hours. Johnny was professional and thorough - he answered all of our questions and provided us with information on everything he was testing/doing. Once he identified the problem, he was upfront about the cost. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. We would definitely use this company again.

They di a very professional job of running the plumbing and move the washer and dryer up to the garage and hooked everything up.  The even cleaned off the dryer and washer!  They di a great job!!

I have dealt with this contractor for four separate services and have never been dissappointed.  My first experience was in 2009 with a brand new gas water heater which was incorrectly installed by another contractor and ultimately turned out to have a control panel that was a lemon.  Warren and Ed spent hours and hours and hours troubleshooting the unit with the manufacturer and even had to stop by at 7am one morning just to run one more test to prove the guy at the trouble desk wrong.  I finally ended up with a new control panel and a very reasonable invoice.

My third and fourth experiences were when my AC units each went belly up.  A call to the office had a tech out the very next day and the units back up and operating within an hour.

The second experience was a surprise.  These guys are actually subcontracted by Lowes to do appliance installations.  In this instance they installed a gas cooktop for me.  The tech arrived on time, worked through some replacement issues and left the place as clean as it was before he arrived.  When I reported a concern with the gas pressure a few days later, Hunt was out the very next day to make the adjustments to my satisfaction.
