 + 0 moreThey did an outstanding job. Floyd was knowledgeable, experienced, professional and easy to work with. They were on the job almost every single day from start to finish. Only minor delays based on materials and subs occured. Often Floyd would say "I'll do it however you want, but if it was me....." and his advice was always solid. Went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I was very involved in monitoring the project, I think that helped a great deal and was a benefit to Hollywood and us. While not a cheap job, I felt it was an oustanding value for the price. They included minor corrections without a price change. He explained the cost of materials and labor for options we had in the cotract plainly before executing them.
Description of Work: Floyd Graham and his brother along with thier crew and sub contractors renovated our kitchen, powder room and mud room / laundry in a 1927 house. This was a gut renovation down to the studs. Mechanicals were updated, floors repairs, joists replaced and the entire rough and fine rebuild work done to include sheet rock, trim, doors, paint and floo refinishing. He work with our designer, cabinet maker, countertop installer and appliance store.

 + -1 moreTHE TEAM THAT CAME OUT WAS PROFESSIONAL. THEY STARTED ON THE DAY AND TIME THAT WAS ALLOTTED ON THE CONTRACT AND ENDED IN A TIMELY MANNER WEATHER PROVIDING.
Description of Work: CONSTRUCT A 32'X16' DECK, CONSTRUCT AND ENCLOSE AN AREA OF DECK APPROXIMATELY 16'X18' SCREEN IN PORCH AND INSTALL A PATIO DOOR AND REMOVE EXISTING DOOR.
