Despite my better judgement I first met this company when they were going through the neighborhood after a big storm. I did not take the time to look them up on Angie's list before hand. I had the exact same experience as the previous rater from 2011. They were very friendly and professional and did a good job of taking down the maple to the ground and trim out damaged limbs in the oak. But they were supposed to come back and remove the stump as they said that they didn't own a stump grinder but once they have enough stumps, they go out and rent one and take care of them all at one time. After several calls, they never came back. It's unfortunately because the work they did was very good but I paid for having the stump removed so therefore the end price was not good and it soured the entire experience. Chalking it up to not doing work with people knocking on the door without doing research first.

He did a good job. He made a promise to come back and grind a stump of one of our trees and he has never done it. We even called him. He said he would do it but he never came. His price was not too outrageous. They were professional and friendly. They were very pleasant people. I didn’t feel that they intentionally want to rip you off. They seem like good people. They knew what they were doing. They seemed to care about people. First time I had called was when a tree hit against our house, and it was a huge tree. They were very careful not to damage anything and other property. They did very well with that. They do good work. I would use them in the future.
