We conduct perc tests for the Health Department. We dig broken lines and replace them. We offer emergency services on weekends and holidays, as available. We do not cameras for leak detection and we are not licensed to conduct certifications of septic or wells. We offer estimates for bigger jobs with a typed proposal faxed, e-mailed, or snail mailed to the customer.

When I scheduled my appointment, I said I wanted my dishwasher water supply line and drain hose replaced. I was not given a window of time but told 8:30 am on Friday, October 21st. Well, he did not show up until 9:20 am. I went over what I wanted done. I was very disappointed when he said he did not have a drain hose with him!!!! Not the best impression since he was already late and now not prepared. Well, no fault of his, my dishwasher would not work and since he was missing the drain hose, I decided to ask about a different leak. I have a leak under the sink and asked if it could be leaking where the sink meets the drain and he ignored that. Also, I brought up that sometimes water leaks out the top of the faucet. He said he could replace the guts of the faucet. When he was done, he said I needed to call the office to pay. I called and was told I owed $180.00! I asked for what, and the lady said an hour and a half job. I said he was not even here an hour! Then she tried to say it was for a travel fee! I did business with this company back in January 2016 and there was no travel fee. She did remove it and charged me $130.80. About two weeks later, I pulled some cleaning supplies out from under my sink and sure enough they were soaking wet! I called and was told they would come back out and fix it. I asked how much it would cost and was told I would not pay a service charge or travel fee, only whatever parts they may need. I scheduled for Tuesday, Nov 8th. I ended up having to cancel this appointment and rescheduled for Friday, Nov 11th. I called at 8:18 am and asked what time he would be at my home. The lady said he was in Lexington Park and if she had to guess it would be between noon and 1 pm. I asked if he would call when he's on his way and she said not as a rule but she would ask him too. Well, I waited till 3:34 pm and called asking where he was. She said the job in Lexington Park took four and a half hours. Well, she made it sound like I would be next after the Lexington Park job and I'm in Lusby. He should of been at my house by now. I asked how much longer. She said within the hour and he would call. Well, I waited till 5:50 pm and called again. Turns out the office closes at 5, but I left a message asking if anyone was going to come. No one called back. I called at 7 pm very upset because I had given up a day of work. No one ever called or showed up. So, if you think about it, it's like I paid them twice and still have a leaking sink!!!! Obviously, I was not a PRIORITY since they were not getting paid, even though the job was not done correctly the first time. I will never do business with this company again!!!!! I would not recommend, especially if you value your time and money. It's Tuesday, November 15th and no one ever called to explain what happened on Friday......Very Unprofessional!

They were a little late but quickly got to work when they arrived. The replacement kitchen faucet was damaged and I had to get a replacement from the hardware store. They went to work fixing the leak in the bedroom bathroom while I went to the hardware store to exchange the damaged faucet. When I arrived home they quickly finished the install and were on their way.

Nothing negative to say. Everyone showed up on time, did solid work and
was very knowledgeable. Clean-up was excellent and they were very
conscience of staying neat while they were in the house. They explained
what they were going to do and made it happen. I hired them again to do another job at the house and I would hire them

I called EUGENE COPSEY PLUMBING early Monday morning, explained my issue (sump pump failure, insurance provided clean up company will not begin cleanup process until sump pump is serviced or replaced). Was told a service person will be out to my
home this afternoon. About 1pm Monday afternoon Eugen Copsey Plumbing was at my door. The technician listened to my ?story? and went right to work in the crawl space. A new sump pump was installed; a hole in the discharge hose was repaired. Sump pump is up and running.

Belinda got John and Pete over to my house in less than 2 hours after I called for help. The friendliness and helpfulness of John and Pete would definitely convince me to call again. Oh and I got a $10 discount for finding them on Angies List. Thank you Copseys.

It was by far the best plumbing experience I have ever had and I've had more then my fair share. I emailed them through Angie's list at 3:30 am this morning. I was contacted at 7:10 am to schedule. I was notified at 8:00 am that they were on their way and they arrived exactly when they said they would.
Both gentleman were pleasant and professional and they had the job done in less then 45 minutes. Granted it was a small job but the toilet was leaking pretty heavily so it was necessary to get it fixed as quickly as possible.
I was so pleased that I have already scheduled them for a return visit in October to replace 3 toilets and will call them for any and all of my future plumbing needs as well as for any issues I have with my well or septic.
Thanks to both Eugene Copsey Plumbing and Angie's List. Oh, and thanks for the $10 discount. Every little bit helps.
