The furnace on my rental unit was inspected on a Saturday. The contractor found cracks in my furnace and stated per the law they had to disable the furnace because it may leak carbon monoxide. Also the hot water heater was on the brink and the coil for the AC unit was located under the furnace. The contractor quoted me 8k to replace the furnace and the H2O heater. I almost fell for it until I spoke to D G&E.

They quoted me far less for a furnace, hot water heater, AC unit, and the coil.
They came out on a Sunday and fixed everything by Monday at 3pm...my renters were warm again!
