Really professional service from first contact to make appointment until the job was complete. I would hire again and will recommend to neighbors.

When I called was told price was $250. After tank was emptied, tech charged me $275. He showed me his order which stated fee was $275. I insisted I was told $250. Without admitting they made an errow, he revised invoice to $250.

The company called right away and scheduled the service at a mutually convenient time. Chris, the service provider, was on time and performed the service with efficiency. He was familiar with the particular nitrogen-removing system we have and explained some of how it works to us before leaving.

I was contacted shortly after making the reservation on Angie's List. The appointment was scheduled to take place in less than 48 hours. On the day of the appointment the crew arrived promptly and competed work efficiently.

The very professional crew showed up as promised on Monday afternoon. However, that is when things began to go sideways. It turns out that our tank was significantly deeper than those they normally encounter and indicated that it would have to use a mechanical excavator to dig the access ports out. Set up an appointment for later in the week to do the work. That evening I was contacted by the owner, who indicated that his equipment might not be able to handle a tank at greater than 3' depth.
He clearly explained the problem areas and offered to get someone with the equipment and expertise to do the work. I agreed and he called back minutes later and told me that the sub who would do the work would give me a call. He did and came out the next day to survey the job. I was contacted later that evening by Wendy at Copsey's who confirmed an 0900 appointment for Thursday. Everyone showed up as promised, the excavation uncovered the tank which was then pumped out. After the tank was pumped out, a riser was installed to facilitate access in the future and the spoil restored to the hole. Less than a week from initial contact to the completion of a rather complex job. Very professionally handled and I would definitely use the firm again. Yet another case of finding a very good vendor through the list.

My house was built in 1995 and I've never had or needed septic tank service. Two weeks ago, Copsey's technician came out, but the ground was too hard to dig, and I had only watered one end of my tank. Great guy, very personable, but he didn't have a metal detector on the truck to locate the tank lids. So I called back and was rescheduled their other truck, with metal detector, for 2 weeks later. I pre-watered the septic tank area with sprinklers on Saturday, Sunday and Monday to make sure the shovel would go through my sandy clay soil, which is extremely hard when dry. So when the technician returned on Tuesday morning, the ground was much more favorable to the digging!
Chris arrived within the 2 hour appointment window and went right to work locating my tank with the metal detector and probe. He then started digging the first lid and pumping the first chamber. It was filled with waste water and solids, right up to about 1 foot from the top, which he said is the normal operating level. While that side was pumping, he started digging the other lid. While pumping the second chamber, he closed the first and raked the dirt back over the top of the lid. Same for the second side. I definitely appreciated the work involved in the process! Those concrete lids aren't light after digging your way down to the tank!
Surprisingly enough, after 19 years, the tanks appeared to be operating normally. We don't use flushable wipes on a regular basis, and we don't use multi-ply (thick) toilet papers, or flush anything other than what's supposed to be flushed. He said that makes a big difference!
Once everything was closed and covered, Chris gave me some good advice about future cleanouts, tree roots beginning to encroach on my tank area and distribution box, and what problems to watch out for in the future.
Copsey's is definitely a nice local business to deal with, with knowledgeable and professional operators representing their company. I will definitely call them again, much sooner than 19 years for my next septic tank service!

Customer Service was great. The lady who answered the phone was extremely pleasant. I was given a window of 10-noon. Jimmy arrived at 9:50. I was at a local convenience store but told him to start and I was 5 mins away. Jimmy was very professional during the process. Inspected and gave an accurate schedule of when to pump out the septic again. After inspection and asking how many lived in the home, he recommended 3 to 5 years. Others I've seen on YouTube try to get the customer to do every 2 years. I think those guys are just trying to keep business steady. Jimmy was very honest and efficient.

Company showed up on time, found underground septic quickly (I knew general area), and pumped out tank. Afterwards, the area was covered and raked. The representative was courteous and professional. I set up with two other neighbors and we all received a group discount ($20 discount each).
I would definitely recommend. This is the second service I have set up with this company and I will continue to use them.

They gave me a 2 hour window and he arrived within that window. Once onsite, they help me finish digging the holes, but they didnt charge me for it. Did a great job making sure the tank was completely emptied by back filling it several times. He also explained how my system works and what to expect once it was emptied. Gave me advise on when to empty it next and was really friendly. Highly recommend over any other service in the area, these guys know what they are doing.

They called to see if they could come earlier, which worked out great. They backed down driveway as requested since turnaround access is difficult. Friendly, professional driver. I would have given an A except that my pump lid cracked when putting it back down. I hate to complain because it's probably okay. Just would have been more delighted if it was replaced. But I didn't request it, so that's my fault.

First of all let me say that I called 2 other and quot;recommendedand quot; septic companies in the local area prior to calling Copsey's Septic. One never answered my calls even after I left 3 voicemail messages. The second did call back after 2 voicemail messages were left over a period of about one week. However, by that time I had called Copsey's and they actually answered the phone on my first call. The representative who answered was very helpful and set the appointment up right away with no problems.
I am glad now the other two did not answer.
Copsey's Septic Service arrived on time and Jimmy Gates was very professional. I explained we were not the original owners and did not know where the clean outs were located. I had done due diligence and previously contacted the county environmental services to get a copy of the septic plat/permits to help them locate where to begin searching. Jimmy looked at the plat and began probing for the clean out locations. Within minutes he had located both and began to dig out the openings which were covered with over a foot of soil. We did not know the last time (if ever) that the system had been cleaned out and the house was built in 1997.
He monitored the clean out process and was able to give us an assessment of the status/condition of the tanks. All looked fine, but he did have concerns about evidence of the water rising at some point. He advised that we monitor the moisture in that location and call if we start to see that area being wet more than other areas.
He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all of his help in explaining what was found, what to expect and watch out for as well as how often in the future we should have it redone based on our household use.
Thank you, Jimmy and Copsey's!

It was time to get my tank pumped so I called Copsey's based on some neighbors recommendations. The tank has been pumped 3 times before and nobody else informed me that it really needs to be pumped from both sides and not just one. One side of the tank has never been opened since 1993 so it took a while for them to dig down and find the hatch. For a very reasonable additional fee, Copsey installed risers and PVC caps for BOTH sides of the tank after it was pumped out. Very friendly, honest and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

We called the morning after Thanksgiving, known to be one of the busiest times of the year for septic problems. Copsey's referred us to Carter's Septic Service for needed pump replacement, (which Copsey's does not do) and then scheduled an appointment to come and pump the following Tuesday. They came when promised, did the job, left. no problems.

He did a great job. The clog was right inside at the mainline of the septic tank. He pumped out the septic tanks contents and just took a heavy stick and hit the opening and the clog fell right out.
