It's a great pleasure to provide a review for this wonderful team. They came and serviced my 15 year old unit last summer and gave me the sad news that my unit was working as hard as it could, and I might want to accept the fact that I definitely got my money's worth! I took the advice to heart and put the money aside for this year's install. They came last week and completed the install of my wonderful new system! An all day install in the hot sun and I couldn't be more please with the terrific results. This company is so professional and so personable. Thank you Jeff and Josh! I can't tell you how happy I am to have found an honest service provider with so much experience to help me make such a sound investment. Trouble with your unit? Josh was great!. Quickly came and diagnosed the problem and identified that I had a bad fan motor and the capacitor needed to be replaced. I might not have known much about AC Units before he arrived, but now...maybe just enough to be "dangerous". Great customer service and awesome guidance to help me make a decision about my 10 year old system (repair or replace). I felt comfortable with him right away. So personable and knowledgeable. Appliances like these are SO expensive. Its important if you're investing in repairs that you understand your options up front. He was really helpful with that. After his repair, Jeff contacted me to let me know that they wanted to do a service check in 30 days, just to ensure everything was running properly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend this team to service your needs. I'll certainly be calling them from now on for my annual service checks and when I do need a new unit, they will DEFINITELY be getting my business. We've used this company in the past and were EXTREMELY happy with their service.  We knew there wasn't anyone else to call for this.  When they were out before, they got our system working as it should.  We had other things we wanted to have investigated but held off on doing this so we could ensure the system was operating correctly.  We decided to wait until we were getting the pre-winter service done.

They came out today and went right to work after listening to our concerns.  We had some airflow issues in a couple rooms and they were able to double the amount of air coming from the registers.  We also have a bleach smell from some rooms.  They have some ideas but we could not pinpoint the exact cause.  Josh did provide some theories and also added some stuff to help.   I appreciate his honesty and not just provide lip service as other companies have done.  

I know there are so many options for HVAC service but you are 'rolling the dice' by just calling one randomly.  I don't think Aire Care Service Co is expensive.  Even if they might be a little higher, I'm willing to pay it because I KNOW what kind of service I will get.   They take the time to investigate and resolve the issues.  

They are the only company I will call for my HVAC problems!

This company is super! We bought our home in Sep 2014 and didn't notice any issues until we tried to use the heat in the winter.  The furnace never seemed to shut off and we found we were paying $700 a month in electricity. We used the NEST thermostat initially and it showed the furnace was running an average of 20 hours a day! We had a home warranty company that we contacted to find out what was wrong with the system. They sent out three different companies and none could find the problem. We also hired our own company but they couldn't fix our problem either. We thought is was never going to change. Luckily we have a good realtor and he had someone he wanted to use (Aire Care Service Co) since we had FIVE other companies come out (two we hired and three from the warranty company). We were told the system was inefficient, the indoor and outdoor units were incompatible, our system was configured correctly, and it didn't have enough refrigerant.  I grouped the things together because I'm trying not to write a novel! I really could if I put everything down!  In any event, Jeff and Josh from Aire Care Service Co came out and listened to what issues we had with our HVAC. They started from scratch and put the system through every possible test they could.  They spent a total of six hours working on the system, testing it, and verifying the settings.  They saw the same dip switches as a previous (big name) company but didn't say 'they are set correctly!  Jeff researched the indoor/outdoor units and obtained manuals for them before he made a statement about them.  The previous homeowner had also added some additional lights to the unit and Air Care wanted to make sure they weren't contributing to the problem.  After going through the manual, they learned that the switches were set INCORRECTLY!  The outdoor unit was only running on one speed (high) and the indoor unit was not sending the right information.  The thermostat would come on when needed but once the temperature was achieved, the thermostat was never turning off (for heat or cold).  After Jeff and Josh worked on the system, things worked GREAT!  It is so nice looking at the thermostat and seeing it is off after the temperature has been achieved.  Something else to add to this is that no other company before Aire Care Service Co took the thermostat off the wall!  I thought is was strange but since I am not a HVAC serviceman, I thought who am I to tell them how to do their job. Also during their checkout, they discovered that there was WAY TOO MUCH refrigerant in the system.  The company that overfilled it said that it might not be shutting off because there wasn't enough in it.  Yeah, right.  I thought that was a little strange but what do I know?  Anyway, Aire Care Service Co will be my only call for HVAC service.  They are so professional and courteous.  They didn't try to baffle us as others have just to get done with the service and explained things to us in non-techno speak..  I can't say enough great things about this company and the service techs!!!   Bigger doesn't always mean better.  The big name companies might have good techs but I think they are more focused on quantity, not quality.  The tech we had from the big name company wanted to sell us so many other services too and not just focus on our HVAC problem.  Don't call anyone but AIRE CARE SERVICE CO for your HVAC issues!  You won't regret it.
