We do electrical & plumbing ourselves. Rarely use subcontractors. We have been in business since 1987 without a complaint. We Warranty our work. Our prices are better than competitive. We do not mark-up materials.

They started by doing a walk around the house to evaluate the amount of rotted wood, then prepared a brief estimate and Gordon Gould reviewed it with me at which time I agreed to the cost and gave him a binder. From there on the work was scheduled on a day by day basis. The job was actually done on a cost plus basis and I was well satisfied with that.
