Description of Work: Our heater went out during a winter storm. It had frozen up! They came right out and brought a space heater to get it to unfreeze. They came out the next day to work on it and found a switch that had gone bad. They were wonderful! The guy was very knowledgeable and offered great customer service.

Description of Work: On more than one occasion, Rush provided services of various kinds. In general, it was mixed. On the last occasion, when I asked for an itemized breakdown and explanation of charges, they were never provided and the owner got mad at being asked. Repeated requests for them went unheeded. I believe problems arose when there were significant differences between the estimate and invoice; hence the request for an explanation. The workmen sent out were not licensed but appeared to be journeymen in training working under the owner's license. They were pleasant but pretty young and did not seem to have a great deal of experience. So I would advise to choose carefully, depending on the size or nature of the work needed.

Description of Work: Rush Service will come to do repairs. There are not many service providers for home repairs and emergency home repairs in this part of Maryland. There prices are high for the work and for the area.

 + 0 moreRouted 220v service and installed breaker box for hot tub, 120v service for exterior utility outlet and two exterior spot light fixtures._x000D_|_x000D_|Job was extremely neat and clean. They had to dig a trench for the hot tub service and run a line to an interior switch for the exterior spots and left no evidence. Site was spotless and everything was installed as requested. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and professional._x000D_|_x000D_|My only issue with this company is their responsiveness. It took a few follow ups to get a quote, multiple attempts to get questions answered and a few follow ups to actually get the work scheduled._x000D_|_x000D_|I would definitely recommend Rush Services, as they do quality work - just be prepared to be persistent.
