DEEP CREEK MARINA

The boat was not running well, would not achieve max power and RPM's, ran slow and only on two cylinders. They had the boat 6 weeks and said the mechanic would like us to come down and test ride it with the mechanic. When we did the boat still was not right. The mechanic said it needs some tweaking and a new fuel filter, I bought a fuel filter and took it to them. A couple week later I was told it was ready. I paid almost $900.00 and took the boat home. Did not get to the lake for a couple weeks later, when we took it out and started it, ran no better then it did when we went out with the mechanic. The boat still does not reach max RPM's and still has a gas leak. I told them I could have bought another motor for what I paid them to fix this one. They told me that they pay their highly trained mechanics $100.00 an hour, and charged me $10.00 for the fuel filter that I gave them to put on, and charged me $25.00 ramp fee to test ride it with the mechanic. I told them if their mechanics were so trained how come it took 6 weeks to fix a small problem. All in all I would not recommend these people to do any of my work at all, They are a tourist trap and very expensive.
