"We would strongly disagree with the negative portion of the customers complaint. The customer is a previous customer that has always been very pleased with our work and time frame. He purchased in 2012, 2013, and 2016. The most recent order was placed on May 25, 2016. The honeycomb shade and repair was completed on June 8, 2016, within two weeks. The drapery portion of the order went through two backorders concerning the fabric, neither of which we had any control over delivery timeframe, and of which, the customer had the option of re-selecting another fabric or obtaining a full refund. Once the drapery was completed, the customer was not pleased with the rodding that was used. When the rodding was attempted to be changed to his satisfaction, the 'pocket' in the top of the draperies had to be re-adjusted (at our expense). The customer then demanded a substantial reduction in price which was done as a courtesy to appease an existing customer. Upon receiving the cost reduction and agreeing that he was satisfactory responded to, he still opted to post a average/negative review. The customer was more than adequately communicated to during the process as recorded, but would not return telephone messages, deferring only to email."
"Ms. [removed member name]purchased the beginning of 2013, not 2014, two years ago, and after reviewing her file, there was no indication of discontent. The decorator that initially met with her, correctly, is no longer with Windo VanGo due to medical reasons, but did not take personal leave until a year after Ms. [removed member name]'s purchase. There are numerous records between our decorator and Ms. [removed member name]in an effort to choose the correct fabric for her roman shades. Although it is difficult to tell after the time lapse, it appears we made more than one trip to her home at no charge to select fabric. The custom order was fabricated and installed in the home per Ms. [removed member name]'s specifications. She did respond to our online survey nor any of the three status updates that were provided. So, we assumed she was pleased with the product. I would, personally, as owner of Windo VanGo, be pleased to meet with Ms. [removed member name]if she is not satisfied with the product and see if something can be resolved."
First, the Designer came to my home to provide samples and measurement of the window. She was very helpful/supportive with assisting me making my product color/style selection. The best part, with my Angie's List Coupon, I saved also $800.00.
I had to wait a few weeks or so for the product delivery. I got worried and called to inquire about the delivery after the specified time-frame; it seems they almost forgot about me. But a few days after my call, the blinds were delivered and installed. My curtain Rod was also installed.
Since that time I have been very pleased.
