About us
Modular Home Building. www.rjsherron.com In 2004 I sold my previous company (a large race horse transportation trucking company)I had a lot that I wanted to build a new house on. After interviewing several builders and not getting the feed back that I was looking for(especialy about staying with in the budget and time frame of construction) I decided to build it myself. After finishing the project and not enjoying being retired I started R.J.Sherron Inc. Dedicating it to building affordable homes for working families.A turn key home is usualy the best option for most people but if you would like I can set the house on your foundation (generaly called a drop set)and you can take over.If you opt for a drop set I will come by generaly once a week and see how you are doing. There is a lot more to it than meets the eye at first and it is easy to get in over your head.I started out stick building but now I do mostly modular homes.I am a fully insured and licensed home builder. When people talk about the stress of building a new home it is usualy because they are afraid of going over the budget. Once we set a budget we stick to it. There are way too many families in this country today that can not afford the home that they are living in and we do not need any more.Take a look at my web site and call or e mail me with any questions that you may have. Thanks, Bob Sherron
