Dan and his team have such a good reputation that they don't need to advertise. I ask for his next available slot and wait until they are free.  Over the past 12 years they've done three major projects and always were reliable, addressed and resolved problems and unexpected hiccups that are bound to happen with old houses and very pleasant. They also are master carpenters, so if you need carpentry done, they can do that as well. 
Every project they did they were there all day, daily, until it was done. our first kitchen, about 12 years ago, they were done the full renovation, including demolition, etc in 2 weeks, the shed to office conversation was under 3, the most recent kitchen 2.5 weeks. My advice is, if you can wait for a time slot they are free, wait for them, it's worth it.

We are very pleased. He is great to take care of what we need. I have a wellness office myself and he built my 800 sq. foot office with beauty, pride and love. So I was very happy with that. He is expensive but I get quality work and it gets done right the first time. For some that might be a deterrent but for me it's not because I want quality material. We went out and got 3 quotes. He was in the middle of the range but then we did some other things. It ended up being more and that was design issues that needed to be fixed. I know I got value for what I got. Later on there was a little problem and he was right there to fix it. I have nothing but high praise for his crew and ndash; no smoking and respected my needs in the house. No thrash outside and clean-up was excellent. He has a very professional crew. We have him already on our calendar for this year where he has an opening to do our kitchen. Once he comes back again, one of the things I wanted to do is some video clips because they just do a nice job.

EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL CARE TO REMOVE 9 YEAR OLD CAUL AND RESEAL ALL WINDOWS, DOORS ON BACK OF HOUSE. VERY CAREFUL, METHODICAL APPLICATION OF CHEMICAL SEALANT. WORK TOOK LONGER THAN COMPANY ANTICIPATED BUT THEY DID NOT TRY TO RUSH THE JOB AND MAINTAINED AN EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF CARE. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED. BID WAS MUCH CHEAPER THAN COMPETING BIDS.
