ADL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

I have used ADL for years for my professional office and my home. Tony is absolutely the best. Came to my home recently to fix an emergency leak of my AC condensate line. We have used ADL for 5 years now and are always impressed!   They are intelligent and honest men who work hard.   They listen well and trust their clients.  They do their best to respond and fix problems as quickly as possible although most problems with heating and cooling happen at the same times of year, when the temperatures are at the most extreme.  We have old machines that are limping along.  Tony understands the value of a dollar and works to save his clients money when he can.   I really don't think you could find any better.  When it comes to working with integrity, these guys set the bar.

My A/C went kaput in the middle of the night during a string of 97-99 degree days; the air blowing through the vents was warm instead of cold and there was water all over the floor around the furnace/air conditioning unit. So I turned the A/C off, but it kept running continuously anyway, blowing that warm air out. I called ADL first thing in the morning. Somehow they managed to squeeze me in the same day, which I thought was extraordinary considering there were probably tons of other people in the same boat as me due to the extremely hot weather. Tony checked the system and found a bad capacitor caused by water dripping onto it. He replaced it with a part from his truck. He then tested the drain system and found that water from the drain line was overflowing and dripping into the unit. Tony unclogged the U-pipe and restored proper water flow. The A/C was working again within an hour of his arrival. I was very pleased.
