They showed up on time and did the job correctly. 

Everything went well.  Russell is very knowledgeable and reliable, and his price was reasonable.  I will use him for any plumbing issues, big or small, in the future.

They did a great job and I was very happy with his quality of service. They were extremely responsive and came out the next day after I called them. They were also very efficient and took care of the problem very quickly. I never had any problems with their work.

The plumber, Russell, and assistant were punctual and immediately assessed the problem. The kitchen sink was repaired quickly but they didn't have a replacement pipe for the basement. They had to go to the office to pick one up. I have three children at home and they were very concerned about disrupting their schedule. At one point, they came and let me know they were starting up a pipecutter and it would be loud, which I very much appreciated. I was able to see the pipes after they finished the work and there were clearly large holes in both of them. They were in our home about 3 hours total. There have been no problems since and Russell gave me a follow-up call after a few days to make sure everything was o.k.

Perhaps the company has been sold, but our last experience was dreadful. Since we have used this company many times in the past, I failed to get a quote for a simple drain clearing job. Previously they had charged $125, this time it was $275 for 20 minutes work. Never again.

Arrived at the start of the time window, nearly to the minute. Explained what he was doing and what my options were. Did his work and went away, leaving me happy.
