Description of Work: He replaced the flushing mechanism in a couple of toilets and replaced a shower head.

Description of Work: Cleared a utility room drain. I have used them before and it feels is if they're just making up the price according that what they think you can afford. The work was fine however. I have used Hollin Hills plumbing twice and feel they are very professional, work quickly (so as not run up your bill) and tell you upfront what it is likely to cost and sometimes it's less. EHL

+ -1 moreThey did a great job and I was very happy with his quality of service. They were extremely responsive and came out the next day after I called them. They were also very efficient and took care of the problem very quickly. I never had any problems with their work.
Description of Work: They fixed a leak in one of the tub and repaired my kitchen sink.

+ -1 moreThe plumber, Russell, and assistant were punctual and immediately assessed the problem. The kitchen sink was repaired quickly but they didn't have a replacement pipe for the basement. They had to go to the office to pick one up. I have three children at home and they were very concerned about disrupting their schedule. At one point, they came and let me know they were starting up a pipecutter and it would be loud, which I very much appreciated. I was able to see the pipes after they finished the work and there were clearly large holes in both of them. They were in our home about 3 hours total. There have been no problems since and Russell gave me a follow-up call after a few days to make sure everything was o.k.
Description of Work: There was a leak in our kitchen sink. Once there, the plumber discovered a larger leak in a pipe in our basement. Both pipes were replaced and there have been no problems since.

+ -1 morePerhaps the company has been sold, but our last experience was dreadful. Since we have used this company many times in the past, I failed to get a quote for a simple drain clearing job. Previously they had charged $125, this time it was $275 for 20 minutes work. Never again.

+ -1 moreArrived at the start of the time window, nearly to the minute. Explained what he was doing and what my options were. Did his work and went away, leaving me happy.
Description of Work: I had a failed hose bib vacuum breaker which was locked in place and spraying water all over the place. They managed to remove the vacuum breaker without having to replace the entire hose bib.
