They were wonderful. I pretty much looked them up and called them and they came over and gave us a rate and they were great. They were very efficient, they were very friendly, they were very clean and they cleaned everything. There were pretty big piles, three of them in three different locations and they came and they cleaned them up and you couldn't even tell where they had been. We did have to follow up with them once before we kind of kicked off this arrangement. The person I spoke to on the phone was really pleasant.

Scheduling a time for Chris to come and look at the project was very easy.
His office staff was courteous and professional.
Chris arrived exactly at the scheduled time and gave me a paper copy of the quote.
The quote was free.
The quote was much less than two other companies which provided free quotes.
Again, scheduling with the office staff was very easy.
On the scheduled day, two associates arrived on time, completed the work in a professional manner, and removed all debris from the project.
I could not be more pleased with That Tree Guy. 
The price was good, the project was easy to schedule, and the work was completed professionally without any problems or complications.
I would definitely use THAT  TREE  GUY in the future.

Chris gave excellent advice and was very professional. They went above and beyond in their work, getting far more done than we expected. A great value for the cost.

They were tired. They were late. They never stopped all day. They just worked all day until they got it done. I thought that was fair what they charged.

This company provides excellent service. Amelia, who runs their office, is very responsive, customer oriented and detailed. Chris, the owner, showed up on time for the initial evaluation of the work to be done.  I felt comfortable with his knowledge, honesty and fairness. He and his crew arrived on schedule and removed the oak tree and pruned the other trees.  The area was confined and very close to a neighbor's property and other structures, and they very careful to avoid any damage to those sites.  One of the workers was nice enough to do some additional small pruning that was not part of the bid at no extra cost.  Upon completion, they cleaned all debris from the oak as well as from the pruning.  They subsequently returned to remove the stump of the oak tree, tamper the ground (affected by the huge crane and pruning bucket), reseed and straw cover any grass that was damaged by the equipment.  A few weeks later, I decided to have another tree removed and called them back.  I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Chris called me in the morning and told me he would be at my house between 9:30 and 10:00. He and his crew was there about 9:20,they started and worked thru out the morning. I return home about 11:45 and the tree was gone and his crew was cleaning up. I am so pleased with his work I would use him again in a heatbeat. I would recommend his company to anyone who needs tree service. I just want to say thank you Chirs and crew awesome job!!

I contacted the tree guy after several attempts to contact other tree service companies which either didn't respond, or were totally out of touch with there estimates.  That Tree guy was contacted on a Tuesday and were onsite for estimate on Thursday.  They gave me an estimate onsite.  We scheduled the service to be performed two weeks later.

The overall experience went very well. He was willing to work with my schedule. I had three estimates done and he was the cheapest, and seemed the most sincere about my best interests out of all of them.

Everyone was extremely polite. The guys worked great together. My property was cleaned very well. I will recommend this company to everyone. I was shocked to get such a timely response, not to mention seeing the owner out on the job. Outstanding service across the board!

They arrived on time started work right away. Worked until evening. Returned the next morning to finish the clean up.

Chris and his guys did a amazing job.  This was a large tree near power lines and very close to our sunroom. We were a little concerned about the possibility of damage but they were so aware of all of the obstacles that we had no need to worry.  The tree taken down was in our backyard and access was thru a club which required that the work be done on a Monday and that the lawn and surroundings not be damaged. Chris and his team cleaned up so well that no one would ever have known that  they hauled equipment and all of the tree over the lawn to their trucks. We were also blown away by the job they did thinning the cherry tree.  It looks amazing.  It is important to know that the work on both of his trees required climbing - no crane.  It was a windy day but Andy climbed and tied off all of the limbs and branches with ease and expert moves. They did not leave the property until everything was totally cleaned and left in order. We had 5 other estimates and their price was the best but more importantly for us we were impressed with Chris' attitude and professionalism. If I had one small criticism it would be that I whish we had specified that topsoil be brought in rather than just plain old "dirt!"
