Mr. Strauss is very personable and professional. He came on time, told it like it was, and explained my options well. When I visited him, we had a lovely conversation, and he showed me some of his gems [like a player piano that also had several other instruments!].

He was professional and helpful. He was honest about the challenges of owning an older piano in the fluctuating weather of MD, but he had some practical solutions for our tuning issues. In addition, he seems to have a real love for beautiful sound and older instruments. He told us about other older pianos that he was in the process of restoring.
