Downing Contracting Company was established in 1985. For nearly 40 years, we have been building and renovating homes in the greater Baltimore area. It's likely that we have worked in your neighborhood, and we have references available from many of our satisfied customers - going back decades. We also have a good reputation with local architects and designers. As a General Contractor, we are available for pretty much any project but specialize in medium to large home renovations and additions. We are dedicated to providing fine craftsmanship and attention to detail in every project we do and a full array of tradesmen at our disposal. We work one job at a time and don't leave until the job is complete and to the customer's satisfaction.
