Cooper HVAC

Cooper HVAC did a fantastic job! They got creative and found a way to run new duct work in our old house (c. 1929). Other companies wanted thousands more to put duct-less units in the hard-to-reach rooms. They installed dual zones with a separate thermostat for each floor. Other companies wanted thousands more for the same option. Excellent work at a fair price.

... and Jason came out immediately. He inspected my 20+ year old furnace, cleaned it, installed a new filter, and replaced the thermocouple and got the furnace up and running after a long period of time during which it laid dormant. Had he just done that, I would have said he was a competent, friendly man who charge a reasonable fee for the services preformed; however, without fear of exaggeration, I can honestly state that Jason saved my life. While inspecting the furnace as it ran, he noticed that, even though the unit had an exhaust duct that lead to the chimney and supposedly vented outside via the roof, the furnace was still venting carbon monoxide into the cellar, and thus into my home. He recommended I immediately contact Bateman Chimney Company (not on Angie's List or I'd give them a stellar review as well) for a possible chimney sweep and/or liner replacement. As it happened, the furnace never even had a liner going up the masonry chimney and had been venting into the basement since its installation.

Bateman did their work (which also involved some masonry repair on the top of my chimney, not part of the original scope of their work) and Jason came back as part of his original work and re-fired my furnace and checked to see that it was now venting properly outside.

In addition to being identified as COMPETENT, EFFICIENT, REASONABLY-PRICED, and FRIENDLY, how much more glowing of a report can be written than LIFE-SAVING? Thanks Jason, and all at Cooper HVAC! You've already been recommended to my neighbors who have benefited from your services and feel the same about your work as I.

They have good prices, but they're not so great about installing and doing other things. When the man was here, he was nice and professional.

I had a very old oil boiler and an oil tank that was an eyesore in the backyard. I was interested in converting from oil to gas boiler as it was high maintenance, the tank was starting to leak, and it needed other parts that were expensive. I obtained several estimates of the work and Cooper provided the best estimate by hundred's of dollars. Once I called them to schedule the work, they were able to come with-in the week. I had to give special instructions since I was not planning to be home that day and I had cats that would be in the house. They were receptive and followed instruction without incident (I was very worried the cats would get out!). They came early in the morning as they promised, completed the job and had cleaned thoroughly by the time I got home later that evening - I was impressed by their efficiency, speed, and cleanliness. Mr. Cooper was kind, courteous, and attentive as was the supervisor on the job. Since this system was new to me, I had several questions which they answered promptly and clearly. I would recommend Cooper HVAC without hesitation.

They do really good work and are dependable. I always get same day service and they can fix problems most other companies can't.

We needed something more energy efficient and they were able to help us out. They are well known and respected in this area as they work on residential, commercial and Industrial furnaces. I also really like that they guarantee their work.

They were great. Very helpful in selecting what would be best for our house. They didn't drag it out for days. Cleaned up everything nicely. I would highly recommend them.
