I called Burgemeister-Bell Inc. to change the cartridge in a Moen faucet. I was quite surprised when another company pulled up, the young man was very couteous and replaced the cartridge which I am not sure was for my faucet, perhaps using a generic cartridge. The hot water side does not put out a good stream of water. I am not at all happy with the cost either, plus he talked me into a contract that I should have declined. This was my fault. Believe me I have learned my lesson.

Came out and provided an estimate the same day I called. Explained work clearly. The estimate was better than the other I got, so I sent a deposit. Heard nothing back until I called after about 10 days, then they scheduled the work for a couple of days later. Office was very friendly and helpful. The workmen were prompt, quick and professional. They laid plastic on the floors from the door the basement and cleaned up afterwords. Completed at the original price.

Excellent! I have found my new plumber, for sure! For hundreds (yes, hundreds) less than the competitors, the plumber did an excellent job. He was on-time, very courteous, and very clean.
