I highly recommend Franklin Chauffeur!! I knew instantly I was going to have a great experience. I used them to get to and from BWI for vacation this summer . Pamela and Anthony keep in touch via text messages, they are friendly and professional and provide great service. Helping with bags and providing a clean and comfortable car ride, as well as keeping in touch with any traffic issues. I had changed my return flight and when I texted to let them know, they were accommodating and responded to my text quickly. If you are looking for a car service- look no further. Franklin Chauffeur is first class! I rate them an A+. They are the best and the only way I will go to and from the airport in the future. Thanks again, Janice

Vicki, our driver was prompt, courteous, and friendly. The vehicle was spotless and the captain chairs provided a very comfortable ride. We felt spoiled! An extravagant expense for us, but was well worth it! It made our trip to and from the airport worry free and made our long awaited trip to Europe even more memorable. Would definitely recommend their service and would use them again!

Brilliantly. This is the best limo service I have ever hired. Efficient and friendly booking with Linda, including advice concerning travel expected time. Prompt, efficient, flexible and friendly driving with Buddy: seamless airport pickup, an unplanned stop to pick up sandwiches for the outbound ride, and a change of drop off address upon return, as well as enjoyable conversation and respect for silence. We found Franklin Chauffeur on Angie's List, and later learned that our travel companions in Europe have been using this fantastic service for quite some time. We highly recommend Franklin Chauffeur, and will be using the next time we need a car service.

Experience was excellent. I felt like I was talking with family when I explained the reason I needed the car service. Due to unforseen circumstances, times the service was needed for pickup changed several times. Franklin Chauffeur was most accommodating, friendly, and understood my situation. It's a small company, but it has a big heart and great staff. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Vicky, Linda, and Buddy for making what could have been a stressful situation easier to bear.

We found Franklin Chauffer Services almost 2 years ago on Angie?s List. Since that that
time we?ve used their services on numerous occasions. Reliability, timeliness, a

I really like these people a lot I've used them in the past. It is spacious and it is spotlessly clean. He shows up in a coat and tie. He's early turns up at 5am in the morning, he's punctual. It moves smoothly. He's very enjoyable to talk to in the car. He's a bright man. On returns he's right there when you step off the plane waiting for you. He has no issue helping you with your bags. The experience to me is really well worth it and reliability is a huge factor. Very nice, very efficient sounding. He makes you feel special. Excellent.

Franklin Chauffer was a pleasure to work with. I called for an airport pickup at Dulles after an international flight. Buddy was right on time, texted me to let me know he was there just as we seeped off the plane and promptly met us when we got through customer and immigration. He helped with a huge number of bags, was incredibly friendly to us (we were tired after a long flight) especially o out 2 year old daughter. The car was clean and he drove safely and got us home quickly. It was a pleasure to work with the company from start to finish and we will be using them again.

We had a great start to our vacation by using Franklin. Buddy picked us up right on time (3:45 a.m.!) to take us to BWI. He was professional and great to talk to on our way to the airport. From making the reservation with Linda to the drive home by Buddy everything was smooth and top notch. Communication was excellent. Even though our flight was delayed 2 hours we were able to keep in constant contact. Whenever I sent a text updating our status I immediately received a reply back. And when we landed Buddy was waiting there to take us home. Vehicle was immaculate. I highly recommend this service, give them an A+++ and will definitely use them again.

Linda and Buddy, the owners, were our drivers. When I arranged the trip with Linda, she was very thoughtful in discussing with me suggestions for the best time to leave in order to avoid rush hour traffic from Sparks, MD to New York. The morning we were to be picked up, Linda and Buddy arrived five minutes early and were extremely patient while we got our things together for out trip. Linda had also provided our favorite beverages and snacks for the trip, which were waiting when we got into their large SUV.
Buddy drove and was an excellent driver. We did hit some traffic, especially at the beginning of the George Washington Bridge, and he was very, very patient through the traffic jams.
Linda and Buddy were absolutely delightful. We bantered back and forth during the trip, with lots of funny stories and laughter. Our conversations were a lot of fun, which made the trip go by even faster.
We found them both to be really kind, good people who really committed to providing excellent service.
They went above and beyond our expectations, and made our trip such a pleasure.

Our experience was amazing. I got an email the night before with the driver's name and his cell phone. The day off the event, got an email in the am wight e pickup time. We did not feel rushed at all. Anthony, our driver was top notch, very professional and very punctual and such a nice guy. I emailed Linda since I added an extra stop and it was no problems at all. We had an awesome time and our day went very smoothly even though it started raining. I will 100% used them again and recommend them with high remarks.

Everything went well! The driver arrived early, was extremely nice and professional -- opening the car door and assisting my daughter into the car. He drove them to the restaurant for dinner, and waited for them there when they finished. Afterwards, he dinner and then drove them to their prom location. I felt very good leaving them in his care!!

Superb service from the first phone call. I booked two weeks in advance, had an emailed confirmation within 24 hours, then another confirmation the day before the trip. The driver arrived slightly ahead of schedule, having driven by the evening prior to be sure of the location. He dropped me at the medical center, then returned to collect me three hours later exactly as scheduled. He was thoughtful, efficient, exactly balanced between friendly and professional. The car was spotless. Couldn't recommend the Franklin Chauffeur more highly.

Service was excellent in all respects but price was considerably higher than general market so doubtful that I will use this service again.
