The estimator arrived on time and was very thorough but did not waste my time. Our house is very old but they transformed our living room walls and ceilings completely and fixed all small cracks in the plaster where necessary. We have very old, multi-pieced baseboard heating and every component was painted meticulously. The workers were very careful to keep any mess contained to the room in which they were working, which has not been my experience with all painting contractors. They were also very professional in manner and did not intrude on the household in any manner. The painting of the interior of the fireplace had been overlooked by both of us in the original estimate but the painters quickly and willingly took care of this without additional charge. Once all the painting was completed we could not find a single flaw, not on the baseboards, window sills or where the ceilings meet the walls.  This company is on the expensive side but if you want perfection they do deliver.

He told me to put my complaint in writing, and I sent a registered letter. It was delivered twice, and the post office had verified it was refused both times. If you do not want your painting completed, and you want your property damaged, contact Wm E Connolly.
