It is all by mail, so I don't know what the location is. I have service with them for the next 30 years. It has been easy to work with them. If I have any questions, I have called them, and gotten my questions answered. It was easy for me to set up automatic payments. They informed me, and I was well aware of how to change them if I want to. They have been very good with communication. They always tell me if they have received my payment, so I don't have to wonder whether or not it got there or not, or something would happen. They are handling my money, so the only rate is their percentage.

At first when they bought the mortgage from our old company we were a little wary about how it would turn out, but their customer service department and thus representation made us believers. They are a very respectable institution and we are glad to use their services. I do not use their on-line billing methods but never had a problem looking up my balance on-line or any aspect of their new web site.

We did have a period in which we didn t get out payment coupons, but that was quickly solved and no problems have happened with them since. I am pleased with their customer service and would use them again if I had to.

At first we didn t mind the change and all it meant was writing out a different check to send in every month and then after awhile we liked the convenience of paying online through their website. That is, until they recently did a complete overhaul of their website and now navigation and payment is much harder. We were never told this was going to happen and really find it very difficult to use.

THE LOAN OFFICER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ATTENTIVE TO QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. THE GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES WERE ACCURATE AND COMPLETE. THIS COMPANY WORKED CLOSELY WITH US DURING CHANGES WITH OUR RELESTATE CONTRACT. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS FAVORABLE
