Extremely poorly. Duct Cleaning seemed to go well, BUT after the job I saw that 2 registers were permanently cut out of my main inflow duct and main outflow duct in the basement. I was not asked if i want these taken out (I didn't) and my 3 texts asking a call-back about this were not answered. It seems as if it was easier to cut holes in the ducts than to unscrew, take out the registers and put them back in order to vacuum the ducts. Did he think I just wouldn't notice because I am oldish? I had to have Perry Hall HVAC put a register back in my inflow duct and before heating season will pay them to put a register back in the outflow duct. One of the most upsetting parts is the refusal to contact me.

"Mrs [Member Name Removed], I did none of this, I never remove any ductwork or vents, I do cut an access hole if necessary to hook up my vacuum. I did not receive any texts from you. Did you text 410-252-1002? That’s a land line and does not receive texts. I do remember there was some shoddy patchwork done previously on your ductwork. If you like, I’ll come take a look and go over the work with you again. But please CALL the landline 410-252-1002 or text my cell 443-677-5712 In 25 years of business you won’t find a negative review because I do the job right and have good customer service. I’m getting a bad review because you did not properly contact the correct number? This is how I feed my family and I take care and pride in every job. Jeff was very personable and very professional. He did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and the price was extremely reasonable. I am very satisfied and I will definitely call him the next time I need carpet cleaning.

Jeff Hake is great. He was on time for both projects, he's professional and friendly. He used a camera to show me the condition of the air ducts before and after. Now the carpet looks like new, and the air flow is so much more efficient and clean. No more dust and sneezing! If you can, use Jeff, you'll be very pleased!

It was even better than I had expected. My carpet is old but it now looks unbelievably good. Jeff arrived exactly as scheduled. The cost was lower than the original quote. I'm having him come back to do my other floors. I would definitely recommend him.

Jeff is THE BEST! We have a rental home and used Jeff's services in 2011. We were so impressed with the job he did, we called him again in 2012 but, alas, he was off protecting our country. We had to use another carpet cleaner who did not do such a great job. Now we are putting the home on the market and the carpets were again FILTHY. We called Jeff who is back home safe and sound and, lucky us, was available to once again do miracles on our carpets, 2 dining chairs and a window covering. Seriously, we thought we'd have to replace some of the carpet, but Jeff was able to make it look fabulous. We HIGHLY recommend Jeff. You won't be sorry! In fact, you'll be ecstatic.

Absolutely great job. On time arrival. pro at work! All our light colored carpeting is now pristine snd all furniture was meticulously lifted off the damp carpets so no wood or metal left sitting on damp carpet. A real pleasure to have this great pwner/operator put his all into work - iit shows! Woild not want to use anyone else for steam cleaning !

We had scheduled the appointment at 8:00 AM on Friday. Jeff was caught in a little traffic and phoned at 8 to tell us that he would be a little late. He arrived by 8:15. He had given a rough estimate over the phone when we made the appointment. His price was right in the ballpark of his phone estimate. We considered the price very reasonable. He has a truck mounted unit that worked well and he worked for almost three hours.
Jeff did a terrific job on everything he cleaned. He was very thorough and even got out old carpet stains that had been there for years. The upholstered chairs never looked very good before but now they look like new! He was prompt, courteous and professional. We highly recommend him and definitely plan to call him back again next time.

Jeff is the best, and I'm so sorry that he's been called into military duty and is unavailable now. I don't want anyone else to clean my carpets, having less than great experiences with other companies. He uses natural products and does a fantastic job at a good price. My friend who has rental properties uses him for all of them, because the carpets come out so clean. He pulled out my couch last time, and moves smaller furniture regularly to get as much area clean as possible.

Jeff Hake, the owner/operator of Universal Carpet Care, runs his business like all businesses should be run: mean what you say, do things right the first time and deliver quality, timely service. Jeff is the quintessential professional. He LISTENS to what the customer wants, communicates well, does not say he can do things that he can't (e.g., remove a hopeless stain), asks a very reasonable price for the service he provides and gets the job completed within the time frame he says it will be done. His work is excellent and he is extremely easy to deal with. I recommend Universal Carpet Care without reservation.

The service was flawless. Jeff arrived on-time and completed the work in a professional and efficient manner. We have large dogs that run around the yard and constantly bring mud in to the house. Since we don't have a mud room yet, the dogs enter directly into the dining room and our carpets really take a beating.
He did a wonderful job getting the ground in dirt and stains out. He went above and beyond on our job - going over the problem areas multiple times. The price was very reasonable -- we were very happy.
I plan on having him come out about 3 times per year!
