Wonderful. Simply wonderful. TBG always had time for us, day and night, and went above and beyond to provide expert service and advice. We worked with several staff throughout the course of what turned out, due to the pandemic, to be a very protracted process of buying a new house and selling our old one. They stuck with us despite numerous changes in circumstance and hurdles due to Coronavirus, and were professional, capable, dedicated, and kind the entire way. We were extremely satisfied with our new home, and with the support they gave us in selling the old (which sold far above what we'd expected). Go with TBG and you won't be disappointed!

Tina, Diana, Melissa, Stefanie, and Bethany did an incredible job as a team! From initial pricing of my existing home, to shopping for a new home, staging, selling, and closing on both homes, they provided much needed guidance and support along the way. People can sometimes overlook the value of a good realty team, with specialized skills. The Beliveau Group certainly has these skills, with each person on the team complementing the skills of the others. Diana was great on the initial pricing of my home, as well as providing insight when shopping for a new home. She provided knowledge of the neighborhoods I was looking at, and helped steer me toward what I was really looking for. I also ran into some issues with my finance company, and Diana was there to help resolve them and assure me that we would get through it. Melissa provided assistance in coordinating activities, and helping to outline goals and tasks. She helped with organizational tasks that can often get lost in the shuffle, or no one seems to have time for. Stephanie did an amazing job staging my existing home before showing. It honestly looked better than ever, and I wished I had hired her for interior design while I was living there. Bethany helped in viewing houses for purchase, and also met me for the final walkthrough on my new home. She helped fill in the team when needed, and that team effort is key. Finally, Tina was the team anchor, and there in the clutch! Tina was there for the final stretch, and really helped with multiple crisis's that came up in the last stretch of closing and moving into my new home. These were issues with my finance company again, and I wish I had gone with their suggested finance guys instead of my own. I was extremely stressed out, and she really helped calm me down and handled things for me that went above and beyond. The Bottom line is that the Beliveau Group is a great team. This is actually my second time buying and selling with them. I would highly recommend, and will be calling on them again if/when the need arises. Thank you for a job well done!

I highly recommend The Beliveau Group! Diana, Tina, and Melissa were all so helpful. They gave amazing advice and facilitated everything from dealings with contractors to the quickest and easiest closing there ever was. After multiple offers and only being listed for three days, we accepted a contract for $20k over list price! We couldn’t be more grateful and happy with the outcome! The Beliveau Group is incredible! We had the phenomenal support of Diana Pham as a realtor. We cannot say enough amazing things about Diana. She was crazy fast in her responses, she made sure we didn't miss one single detail with our contract and when our first contract fell through due to an very low estimate, she put in hours of work to find reasonable comps. Despite her hard efforts, it just wasn't meant to be and she ended up helping us outbid - by just enough - on what is now our home. Through the many walk - throughs, she was careful to look past the exterior and interior 'prettiness' and bring our attention to things that weren't right or would raise concern. We always felt that Diana had our best interest when looking at houses, submitting an offer, and completing our contract. But TBG didn't stop with Diana! Steph ensuring our house was incredibly staged, JR provided quality general contracting services at an affordable rate and last, but certainly not least, Shawn... Shawn is AMAZING! He makes sure things are followed-up on, providing coordination of services and is very funny! Not part of the group, but an important part of our experience... Matt Nader from First Home Mortgage. Diana recommended two loan managers, one of which was Matt. Matt and Diana made sure we were on top of everything from the finance end - in a very speedy fashion... the pre-approvals, the letters... and our settlement was very smooth, thanks to Shawn, Matt, and Diana. This isn't just a real estate group... this is a 'buy/sell your home and we'll take care of the stress and make sure it's right' group. Tina, Diana and the gang are very kind, very supportive, and very thorough. I wouldn't recommend any one else for something as important as selling your home or buying your new one!

My wife and I spent a very long time looking at houses, even before we were financially ready. However, when the right house appeared (during a seller's market), we needed to move very quickly. The Beliveau Group proved that they could be what we needed, when we needed it; they were patient while we went on dozens of tours, and lightning quick to respond throughout the process of pouncing on our dream home! Their customer service hasn't ended with the closing of the house, either. They sent an electrician out and visited several times to make sure that a blown fuse wasn't an undiscovered issue with the house. Even when I was used to their great service, I was surprised to see them so helpful even after the sale!

Amazing. I made a quick decision to sell rather than rent after getting a job in another state. The Beliveau Group were ON IT. I met with Diana the next day and within three weeks my house went from regular living to beautifully prepared. The recommendations were spot on, they had contractors and painters available at great prices and, best yet, they set it all up. The stager was amazing and by the time my house went on the market, it took less than 24 hours to get a contract over asking price. Excellent! Kim was on time and got the market valuation to me quickly. They could not help me with short selling my dad’s house, but we’re happy to provide the valuation and did so promptly.

Excellently - Tina was extremely professional, kind, and showed us all over town. She has since grown her real estate business tremendously, but retains a personal touch and continues to keep in touch, in a way that is not too overbearing. When we next need real estate services, we'll definitely go to her.

Diana Pham was/is our agent for the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. We sold our house in the spring of 2017 with the help of Kim and The Beliveau Group. They came highly recommended by a number of friends and we were very happy with the process. Kim, Carleigh and Stina walked us through all the steps of the process and took care of everything that they could from staging, photos and listing to scheduling inspections/repairs and closing. They quickly managed any minor issues along the way such as a problem with our ground rent. The Beliveau Group is truly a full service agency and we loved this aspect as we were expecting our second child at the time and had other priorities. While we didn't decide to buy right away, Kim was also great in that process too and came out to meet us late on a Sunday night when we decided to look at a place a second time. We were very happy with The Beliveau Groups’s service and were very pleased with the ease at which the sale of our house went. Selling a home is very stressful and we felt like TBG made it as streamlined a process as possible and worked with us to meet our needs from start to finish.

The Beliveau Group helped us find our dream home. They drove with us in awful weather (ice storm) and stood with us as we negotiated with the owner to fix issues found during the inspection. What could have become a very stressful time for us was actually really enjoyable since they took ownership of the issues and advocated for us. They listened to us, they were organized (no surprises or random pop up requests), and they were so knowledgeable. We will always use them for any future housing needs and we constantly refer them to our friends.

All went well. They explained what was best for me to upgrade, had reasonable service people to recommend, did staging, took great photos, were always very available and helpful.

My wife and I worked with Diana Pham to buy our first home. Diana gave us a thorough overview of the home buying process at our first consultation that set the tone for us working together. She really put us at ease as first-time home buyers, being patient with our questions, but not patronizing. The real estate agency had us complete a long survey about what we were looking for in a home as part of that first meeting. As simple as this is, it saved invaluable time later, with Diana not having to waste time on homes that weren’t a fit for us. Beyond our responses on the form, Diana seemed to grasp the intangibles of what we wanted and what motivated us. When we looked at houses, she was knowledgable about the area of Towson where we were looking as well as about houses in general. When it came to the business of making an offer and counteroffer and requesting repairs, Diana made us feel in control while explaining the strategic reasons for wording things a certain way or doing them in a certain order. She also gave us huge peace of mind after an unexpected change with our lender, tapping a professional contact to make sure our concerns were addressed. Throughout Diana was a very responsive communicator, seamlessly jumping from text, to phone, to email depending on the nature and urgency of the exchange. The resources of The Beliveau Group as a whole really made us feel completely taken care of, with a transaction coordinator being a traffic cop for all the paperwork leading up to settlement and the company’s list of recommended vendors helping us even after we moved in.

The Beliveau Group is the best real estate team to work with! They were honest and transparent when we needed them to be and they always went above and beyond. They helped us buy our amazing fixer upper in Hampden and walked us through every step (inspections, titling, financing, etc). They also negotiated a creative deal to get the house for the price we wanted. They continue to check in with us even 2 years later...inviting us to fun family events, thanking us for our business, and see if we need anything, making sure we still feel at home. We worked directly with Kim Lally Holmes who we'd definitely work with again, but I also highly recommend anyone on this team. They were all so lovely to work with.
