Antiques
The Clearing House is a large shop to which you can consign your antiques for sale. I sold several large pieces through them with very little effort on my part. Their displays are nice and they have a lot of traffic, especially a lot of interior decorators. They took 33% of the selling price as their fee. It takes awhile to get the checks and it's up to the consignor to check back to see what has been sold. But overall they are pretty easy to work with and they provide a good service.
