Michelle stays in constant communication with my team and my clients. She is extremely responsive. There have been several times when I call her at 8pm on a week night and ask her to take a phone call from a client and she always does. She is on top of things throughout the process and there have never been any surprises or delays from her and her team. Besides the typical loan products that most banks offer, she has a fantastic physician loan product!

Everything went smoothly. Ms. White kept me in the loop and informed. She personally walked me through the processes this being my first time purchasing a home. Any questions I had she answered. I'm in the health care field which creates a lot of weird hours however she was always available. If I called late and she was asleep or couldn't answer I could always expect a phone call first thing in the morning. I never had to chase her down or hound her for any updated information. She clearly communicated what was needed actually stayed one night on the phone with me while I uploaded some of the documents needed to make sure everything was okay as I had problems with my computer when I tried to upload them the weekend before. I actually called her once and she was out to dinner with her husband. She answered the phone told me she would call me back with the information when she got home and she did! I have had friends who have had such difficulty in buying a home and I was so scared. This experience was so smooth I owe it all to Michelle. She actually put me in touch with a great Realtor as well which I think helped everything work some smoothly they were in constant communication with each other.

Michelle was fantastic. We had our bid on a new house accepted with the promise of a settlement by the end of the month. Michelle made sure that happened. She handled all the paperwork on her end while making sure we knew about everything we needed to do to make it happen. We settled in less than a month.

The loan officer was unprofessional. She would reply to emails and phone calls without reviewing our file. Often the information she sent was irrelevant to our situation. She also did not know the requirements of her bank's own mortgage packages and she was a senior loan officer. After dealing with her for over a month, we went elsewhere as we did not trust the information she provided.

The experience was fine. They have been my mortgage company, and have been for years. Everything is straightforward. My only complaint was when they sold my other mortgage to a different company.

We cannot recommend Michelle White from Suntrust Mortgage (Timonium Branch) more highly. We recently bought our first home in Ellicott City, Maryland. Some of her best attributes are: Responsiveness: No matter when I emailed or called Michelle I would get a response back almost immediately. This was true even right at closing when there was a typographical error on the documents... we called her at 5:00pm on a friday and there she was. Professionalism: She is the epitome of professionalism, treating us with respect while clearly being an expert and extremely knowledgeable regarding her profession. Throughout the whole experience we never once worried about our mortgage because she was such a professional, we knew we were in good hands and everything would be done on time and properly. Patience: Our house hunting process had its ups and downs, including deals falling through at the last moment. She was patient and supportive through it all. Furthermore, my husband and I were ignorant about basically everything (as first time home buyers) and she answered all of our questions (many of them annoying) in detail and respectfully. Punctuality: All documents/information/emails arrived when she said they would. This includes several pre-approval letters, loan approval documentation, contracts, estimates, etc. Flexibility: Michelle always worked with what was most convenient for us, based on our schedule or our communication preference (email). Good deal: Based on these above outstanding qualities, we would have been willing to go with her even if her financial offer was not the best one we were offered. However, she did work with us to get us a good deal in the end. If you are in search of a mortgage lender, look no further than Michelle White!

My wife and I had been searching for a house and had been pre-approved with another mortgage company. When we settled on a house, I started getting quotes from different mortgage companies. On Angies List I saw good reviews for FDB Mortgage, but they were no longer in business. There were many glowing reviews for Michelle, so I tracked her down at Suntrust. We settled with Suntrust who had the lowest rate and working with Michelle White was an absolute pleasure. She was always quick to respond and answer any questions, which I didn't find with any of the other companies I worked with. She was just as responsive when she was trying to get our business as she was right up to closing. She also checked in many times during and after the closing to ensure everything went well. I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends.
