The design itself was excellent, everything else involved in the process was fair to good. The person that did the design did a beautiful job. The overall experience was reasonably good. There were a few gaffs along the way that they should have been better about avoiding, such as measuring and some timing factors being off. Overall though, quiet satisfied.

THE SALES STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING US SAMPLES AND HELPING US TO PICK OUT WHAT WE NEEDED AND WANTED IN TERMS OF STYLE AND FINISH. THE CABINETS TOOK THE STANDARD AMOUNT OF TIME TO COME IN. WE WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THEM OURSELVES, BUT THEY DO INSTALLATION ALSO.
