It did not go well! Beware.

I liked that I could pack my things any way I wanted, and they left it at my previous home for as long as I needed it. They picked it up and stored it for two months while I was looking for a new home, and dropped it off where I wanted it and left it for as long as I wanted it left. I was wonderful. They were cheaper than hiring a moving company. I definitely would use them again.

They were fine. They dropped it off one day and picked it up the next day within 24 hours.

I used them in a recent move. I was basically unhappy with them. They were rather expensive, and didn't save me any time, or money. I am unhappy they charged me for two out of state moves, when it wasn't the case. I would not recommend them or use them in the future. I would like to participate in Angie's complaint resolution service.

The PODS container was delivered within two days of our asking for one. Setting up the delivery was very easy to do on line. The cost was very low since we kept the PODS on our property rather than having it stored in their warehouse or moved to another location. We used it to store furniture for a room that we were working on so that it would be out of the way. The container was very clean inside and out. It arrived on a huge flatbed truck with an ingenious loading apparatus. Delivery and pickup took about ten minutes each and all I had to do was watch. I submitted the request for pickup via their website and they came two days later. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use them again for our next renovation project.
