Leak Doctors of Maryland

I spoke with Don twice. The first time he sounded a little irritated and was supposed to do the repair the following week. Not only did he not show, but he never called to say he wasn't coming. I left several messages as a couple of text messages. He called me a week later and promised to show that same afternoon or the following day. Again, no show and no call. Waited the week, still nothing. Left a message and sent a text that I would find another shop if I didn't hear from him. No response. I was using him because they come to you but the frustration of no response isn't worth the convenience.

First my car was tested for leaks with water. Once the leaks were located they were fixed.

I was getting significant amounts of water in the cargo area of my minivan; that water was apparently coming in through a side vent, and also water was collecting in the hatch door and I could hear it sloshing around. Some self fixes I tried did not work. The Honda dealer referred me to Leak Doctor, and I gave t hem a call. Love how they do housecalls. I think I had to call at least twice initially to speak to someone. We scheduled, and (Rob?) arrived promptly and worked on the car for more than an hour. He had the panel out of the door, the cargo area panel out, the roof rack off. He was very knowledgeable about where to look for leaks and how to fix them. He tested the repair with our hose.
The next day was a torrential downpour. Most of the leaking appeared to be fixed, but still a little water coming in in one spot. Luckily there is a warranty for the work. I called again (at least two or three times I think - and had learned by now not to bother leaving a message since returns took too long or never happened), scheduled again, he arrived promptly again, and did a little further work, no extra charge. He did say that the with the first repair the weather had been very humid and misty, and so the caulk (or whatever he used) may not have adhered as well as it should.
All in all I was very pleased to have a dry car again! I'm sure the dealer would have charged more for the same work, so I'm also pleased with the cost.

Provider arranged to meet me at some location where he is doing business. He did the work while I waited, gave me a full explanation of the cause and what was done, and a 1 year warranty. Fast and efficient.

I called them and the gentleman came out right and fixed it. They served me well.
