Property Appraisal
While this appraisal company provided a competitive price for services, the appraisal work was very poor quality and the appraisers did not deliver timely or accurate reports of valuation. The report included pages of irrelevant "cut and paste" information and did not actually reflect an accurate valuation of the property. If you want a cheap price on an appraisal, then consider this company. If you want an accurate appraisal report delivered on time, I strongly recommend that you spend a bit more on a reliable and client friendly appraiser.

Property Appraisal
THE OWNERS OF THE BUSINESS WERE FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE APPRAISALS WERE DONE WELL, AND IN A TIMELY FASHION. THERE WERE THREE PEOPLE WE DEALT WITH, AND EACH WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THE EXPLANATIONS OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY ALSO COMMUNICATED WITH EACH OTHER SO NO INFORMATION WAS DUPLICATED OR LOST.
