I would highly recommend Invisible Fence. They were suggested by a friend initially, but I followed up on Angie's list. We could not have been happier with the service.

The product works well. They were nice, but not overly nice.

The system work fine until Saturday March 19, 2011, when I discovered that the collar that the dogs have to wear burned SEVEN holes in my dogs neck and burnt an eight inch diameter of skin on his neck. I am a veterinarian in the Baltimore area and treated my dog for two days. I called the company on Monday 3/21/11 to complain about what happened. The owner Jeff refused to take any responsibility for the obvious malfuncion of the collar.He was also aware that this type of injury can happen and he even sent me an article from a veterinarian that they obviously hired to write about the problem. He refuses to take responsibility for this defective product,and I plan to pursue actions to get compensated for what has happened. They did not fully disclose to me the downsides of this product, or the fact that this product can cause burns and pressure necrosis.I plan to ask for a full refund of the product and for the medical expences for my dog Tonka.
