It was fine, they installed it back in 2012. The patio was supposed to be flush with our basement door, but Within a year, the patio was sinking inches lower than the basement door and both stairways on each side of the patio were slanted and severely uneven. One step was a big step then the next one was a baby step...weird. There was supposed to be a slight downward slope from our basement door running out to the backyard for purposes of water runoff. But right where the patio met the grass, there would be pools of water that collected on the patio whenever it rained. It clearly was never installed with the proper slope. I followed up with them several times and had trouble getting a response and when I did get a hold of someone they asked for pictures, which I provided and would not hear back from them. They would promise they were going to stop by and get back to me, but that never happened. Fast forward to now, 2018, I have pavers that have totally popped up at the top of the stairs. They are totally out of the patio and the sand is level with the other pavers. The entire landing at the top of the steps seems to be sinking. I called their office again, hoping for some problem solving efforts, but no one returned my call. I had to follow up with another call, which they in turn, immediately asked me to call Chris directly. Clearly taking him by surprise, Chris once again, asked me to send him pictures through email. I did send them, with no response. I followed up that email with another, and you guessed it, no response. So I called again and got voicemail, I left a message begging for someone just to call me back to let me know if they can help me or not....do I need to tell you what happened? No response. Super super disappointing. It’ll be interesting to see how they respond to this complaint to make it look as though this is somehow my fault. Looking forward to reading their slant.

They were on-time, super professional, and the driveway looked better than I had anticipated. Chris Turner was great to work with and was patient as we weren't quite sure which pavers to use. The install team was fantastic and weren't overwhelmed when some of the inevitable surprises popped up. They definitely went the extra mile and really did well with cleanup.

The project started on time and was completed on time. All work was performed according to the plans.

Initially we were pleased with the assessment of the work, since we had previously purchased pavers and Interlock was willing to work with the materials on hand. However, we did not read the bottom of the contract that specified that additional materials beyond those listed in the contract would need to be purchased by us. Contrary to what we had assumed, they needed more materials to finish the project costing us additional thousands of unbudgeted dollars. In addition, this caused a two week interruption to the work flow since the materials needed to be ordered with the project 2/3 complete. The workers also neglected to locate wires, ran over and cut our fios wire interrupting phone, tv, and internet service, which I had to deal with. The end result is beautiful, however, the process was painful.

These were some good people. I can tell that they knew what they were doing. They got the job done quickly however it was an excellent job well done. I am definitely keeping their information if I should need their services in the future.

The crew was on time, very courteous, and focused on their job. They removed the bricks, dug out the area, placed crushed rock and then sand as a base, and replaced the bricks, securing the railroad ties, so that they will not push out as they had before and then using a ''pounding'' machine that settled the bricks in their place. I was totally impressed by their professionalism, skill and courtesy. Rarely does one find a company that truly delivers excellent customer service on a daily basis. This company also replaced 61 asphalt driveways in our condo area with pavers over a three month period. Their workmen were always on time, courteous and the entire organization knows how to provide excellent and very responsive and respectful service to their customers.
