FIRST HORIZON WAS VERY TIMELY IN RESPONDING TO OUR REQUESTS AS WELL AS RETURNING OUR PHONE CALLS. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS VERY SMOOTH AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WORKED WELL AT GETTING US A DECENT RATE.
