Its going fine.

Rich, the technician arrived on time and completed the various tasks in a very professional manner.

The electrician was perfect. He did everything I asked. Of course the install was not complicated but he was on time and did not waste time. I was allowed to provide the supplies and he approved of my choice because the covered floods protect the bulbs in rain and snow. The electrician who did the installation is no longer with the company.

They've always been great. They are a little bit more expensive but its worth it.

Their services were very good. They were neat and professional. They seemed a little pricer than others but they did decent work.

They have serviced us twice before. We have always been pleased with the service.

There were some electricians that said they couldn't do this job.  I eventually got 4 bids for this job and Crown Electric was the lowest bid.  They did a nice job and were always punctual and polite.

Very simple electrical install. I had a carpenter run the Romex wire from inside to the outside and I supplied the electrical fixture. The electrician had to make the connection and install the light bulbs which I also supplied.

It was a routine job, scheduled fast, done quickly and professionally and the price seemed fair. No weird little issues or unexpected problems/extra costs. Same for the previous jobs.

I have had them out about once a year for the past four years. The guys at Crown Electric are really prompt. They get the issues resolved. I have been pleased with them. They will tell you if the work is overtime or anything like that. They get someone out to you within a timeframe that works for you. They are very responsive. The guys have been easy to deal with, and they have solved the problems. They are always able to respond to whatever issue you have.

Crown Electric was responsible, reasonable with price, and timely.

I called and left a message. Within a couple of hours, got a call back from Pat. Pat gave me an estimate and agreed to stop by the house the following day to actually look at what needed to be done. After stopping by as promised, Pat confirmed the estimate. We asked him if the work could be done that same day. Within an hour or so, two of his crew men came over and completed the work in no time.

This is not the first time I have used this company. They were on time and got the work done quickly. I think that their rates are reasonable; they charge a travel fee plus an hourly rate. I would recommend them.

I was pleased in the beginning but not when the work was not completed.

This was not a great experience, although to be honest, I'm not entirely sure the company was to blame. I live in a building built in 1927, and fixes inevitably are more complicated than any repairman anticipates. It wasn't his fault that the fixture that I bought wouldn't fit, or that the electrical box couldn't be moved because of intervening pipes. He was there working for three hours, so I paid the $272 without comment. Still, that's a lot of money for a problem only half-solved. The repairman also didn't seem to have much of an aesthetic sense. He suggested ''solutions'' that might have worked electrically, but that would have looked really ugly. Finally, though he put the replacement fixture together, he did not disassemble it when we concluded that it wouldn't work. As a result, I was unable to box and return it. I bought another fixture, and hired a different contractor to do the job. His visit cost just $67.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE COSMETIC THINGS COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, BUT OVERALL IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND I WATCHED THEM DO THE WORK. I'M SATISFIED WITH IT.
