I purchased a voucher for 2 hours of handyman service for this company from Living Social back in June 2012. Since buying the voucher, I left 5 phone messages (their phone service goes straight to voice mail because they overbooked themselves, making it impossible to talk to a human being) and sent 8 emails trying to redeem my voucher and set up an appointment. They did not respond to any of my contacts at all. After several months of trying to book an appointment and because the voucher was going to expire in a little over a month, I had to request a refund from Living Social. Living Social noted that they have had numerous complaints about this company and processed my refund without question. This company is unprofessional and does not honor its commitments. At the very least, they could have returned a call to explain their situation.
