This company is amazing. We had them completely repaint our house and put in vinyl plank flooring. They are punctual, friendly and polite, and they produce extremely perfect work! We have also hired them to carpet part of our house. Would certainly hire them again!

Last fall, father and son team Charles and Sean were tasked with power washing and staining two mid-sized exterior pavilions on recreational land in Baltimore County. Earlier a new roof had been installed on each pavilion by a roofing contractor. The exposed underside, support posts, and rails all needed new exterior solid stain that was applied by brush, roller, and spray. Starting promptly at 7:30 AM, over a period of six days, this team was diligent and careful in their efforts. Over the years, they have a lot of experience working on quality painting and staining projects throughout the Baltimore area. They are competitively priced. I would definitely contract them again on my next painting/staining project!

Excellent customer service by email and phone. Responded to email within hours. They remembered painting the exterior of my windows, doors and railing two years ago. They did excellent work at that time. They scrapped, puttied, primed and painted. Helped me chose an appropriate color for the storm door, quickly provided an estimate and time frame for starting the job. Always arrive at time agreed to ( they fit your schedule and need). This is a father son team and both of them are knowledgeable and skilled. This years experience was as excellent as two years ago.

Could not have been better. Honest, completely reliable and on time, excellent and extremely timely communication, open to suggestions, outstanding work. Excellent suggestions on what rotten trim needed repair and how to perform it (which they did) and which paints to use. And listened to my concerns about minor additional work needed to be done and accomplished what was needed without additional cost. What a great team of three!

Charles Clark replied to my Angie’s List request to paint my house. He made arrangements to survey the job and provide an estimate. He was punctual in all of his commitments, visit the job site, provide a written estimate and when he would be able to start the job. His team ensured that all surfaces were covered to prevent paint chips and possible paint splatters on surrounding surfaces. The area was prepped for painting, sanding, scraping and filling imperfections in the surfaces. They arrived on time and cleaned the area every evening. They were meticulous in preparation and application of primer and paint. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism in all phases of the operation. The color matching was great. The workmanship exceeded my expectations. Chesapeake Painting does excellent work and I recommend them.
