Description of Work: Richard arrived a bit late for the estimate. He was very nice and I thought things would be good. I had been back and forth with Dave at the office who kept giving me the run around on getting me a rough estimate. A week later I called and asked Dave if my written estimate was ready. He told me Richard was still working on it (I only had three things on the estimate). A week later I emailed Dave if it was ready yet and received no response. Horrible customer service and if this is any indication of how this company operates I surely do not want to be involved in a project with them.

I had a date to meet with them and they never showed. I did not bother to call back as I thought they changed their minds and did not want to bid the work.
