I would like to report a great experience refinancing my apartment. I have had two bad experiences one with SunTrust and another with Caliper Funding. The rate that was promised failed to materialize at closing. I wanted to take advantage of the lower rates and on the recommendation of a friend found Michelle Wassmuth at Bay Bank. She locked me in at a great rate and we closed at that rate even though rates had risen almost a point before closing. Refinances are a hassle but she stopped by the apartment to get the documents signed and they sent someone to the apartment to do the closing. A great experience especially for a refinance!
