+ 0 moreI ended up paying another company to repair the work performed by Automotive Concepts.
Description of Work: I paid Automotive Concepts in Glen Burnie to install custom leather seat covers (that I provided) in my car. The price was high but the staff was nice and assured me that they had the experience to install the covers. Unfortunately, the results were less than expected. The seat covers were poor fitting and looked really bad. Automotive Concepts told me that this was due to a problem with a seat covers but they didn't tell me until after I paid them $! I ended up taking my seats to another automotive upholstery company here in town. They told me that Automotive Concepts had used the wrong material - dacron instead of foam on the side bolsters and this caused the covers to fit incorrectly. A metal support rod in the driver's side seat was also installed incorrectly. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend Automotive Concepts for any interior work on your vehicle.

+ -1 moreOur car is 20 years old and in excellent condition but the leather seats had dry rotted over the years and we wanted the seats re-done with new leather. We talked to Bob , the owner, and he came out to the car with leather samples. We picked the one that most closely matched the original coler and he ordered the covers. They came in about a week later. I dropped off the seats and they were done in a couple of days. Bob even delivered them to the body shop that was re-painting the car and didn't charge us for the delivery. The seats looked great. A small glitch developed on the passenger seat a couple of weeks later and they took care of it with no problem. The job turned out great and the price was very reasonable. I also spoke with Doug on a number of occassions and he was very helpful. The ladies on the phones are very polite. I liked working with all of them.
Description of Work: New leather for seats, front and back.

+ -1 moreIf I could give them an A+ I would. The particular year and model of my car made it difficult to find the appropriate radio/amp configuration that would work. Doug (Electronics Manager) went above and beyond to find out what was necessary to do the job right. The radio works and looks fantastic and he went so far as to even follow up the day after I picked it up to make sure that I was happy . I would give them the highest possible recommendation and I would not consider using anyone else.
Description of Work: A new stereo/nav/bluetooth was installed in a recently purchased 2004 Porsche.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD TO DEAL WITH. THE PRICE QUOTED WAS WITH TAX AND NO HIDDEN AGENDA IN THEIR DEAL. THERE WAS NO HAGGLING JUST THE BEST PRICE AT THE BEST SERVICE. THEY CAM TO OUR HOUSE AND WAS ON TIME. PERFORMED THE WORK WITHIN AN HOUR AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REPLACED AUTO GLASS. THEY WILL DRIVE TO YOUR HOME OR WORK AND REPLACE THE GLASS SO THAT IT DOES NOT INCONVENIENCE YOUR SCHEDULE.
