20/20 PROFESSIONAL HOME SERVICES

The 2 men were on time, professional & respectful of my home. But the window siles inside & out were dirty and the plastic dividers were not cleaned. I was very disappointed with the quality of their work & the cost. I plan to find someone new next year for the above services.

These guys were great. Very responsive, kept in touch, got to me earlier than I expected (and this in the middle of their heavy season). They were friendly and professional.

The men arrived on time and worked efficiently. Care was taken not to mark walls with their ladders. Work was completed quickly. Nice job!

Please see the above description. I was a little surprised at how high the price seems to be for cleaning windows, but I am very pleased with both the work and the professionalism. I've had other folks clean my windows for less cost in the past and I was NOT pleased with their work. At the end of the day, I certainly plan to use this company again!

20/20 arranged to come quickly after I called. They did a fine job and cleaned up after themselves. They are somewhat more expensive than other services I have used, but based on this one experience they may be more reliable as well (I have had experiences where the cleaners did not properly flush out the downspouts, for instance). I guess further uses will tell for sure.

They were very responsive and came out within two days. The cleaned out the gutters, but did not repair the downspouting. I called back and it took a few days for someone to get back to me, but once they did, they came out and repaired it nicely. I'm very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again.

I thought the price was a little high but the quality was good.

They were very thorough and had reasonable prices. They did a good job.

From what I can tell they did a good job, no drainage problems as of yet.

I called for an estimate and spoke with Paul, who was very pleasant. He told me that he does not usually give estimates for jobs as large as mine over the phone, but since I realized that the price was based on the number of panes and not the number of windows, (I'd had other estimates and knew that that was how it was done), he felt comfortable giving me a price and sending the estimate by email without coming out and looking at the house. He discounted his regular price because of the size of the job, which I really appreciated. The crew showed up about 45 minutes later than I expected, but they did call 15 minutes before they got here to tell me that they were sorry and they were on their way. Every one of them was very pleasant and worked steadily. They were careful of the gardens, they did extras that I wasn't expecting, (the skylight, the garage doors), they cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was happy with the work before they left.

Said they would call or come by on Monday. Called to come by and cleaned the gutters on Monday as promised. Fixed one of the gutters, won't know if it works until we have a hard rain. Work seemed fine.

Called the morning of an urgent job requirement, 20/20 didn't even blink. They already knew their availability for that day. Paul took control and got it all taken care of. Emanuel, the site supervisor showed up with a 4-man crew and gave a very reasonable estimate. Immediately after the estimate was called in an email was sent to just put the icing on the cake of how professional 20/20, Paul, Emanuel and the rest of the crew were. Job was completed in record time with absolute perfection!

Gave me an estimate by email the same day. Started the same day and finished the job the next day on a Saturday. It was important to me because I had an open house to sell my house on that Sunday.

They returned my call to schedule them to come out promptly. They came out the next day. No one needed to be home--they did their work and emailed a bill afterward. They did a fine job. Perfect.

Very fast turn around time. My telephone call for an estimate was returned in a few hours, the written estimate completed the same day and the service provided the next day. I have a problem corner on a section of the house where rain was spilling over the gutters. The water is now running in the downspout, no more water spilling over the gutters.

They were awesome. They were very quick in getting out and they send my invoice via e-mail so I could pay them when they came.

The company responded to my initial call within an hour. A crew came to the house at the agreed upon date and time and an estimate was determined and discussed. The work was done the same morning. It turned out to be a harder job than the crew expected as the leaves had frozen in a large portion of the gutters. Despite the added time and effort, the estimate remained unchanged. The workers were careful and courteous and left no traces of what had been removed.

Wow, I didn't know it was possible to see so well through a window. The crew did a terrific job. The office gave the crew incorrect directions so they were a little late, however, I got an apologetic phone call from the owner as soon as he found out.

They did very well. There were no problems. They arrived on time and did the job well for a reasonable price. Additionally, I asked them to change my outside floodlight bulbs, and they were good enough to do this for a small extra charge.

It went well. They arrived when expected with a crew of 3 men. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They didn't do any extras (replacing lightbulbs for free- they charged, or trimming a tree branch touching the house) if not specifically asked. They did no above and beyond. But, they did what I had asked.

I called for information. They showed up the same day and performed the work promised. What more could I ask for?
