Excellent service Our old pest company had disappeared And we saw a frightening number of bugs. But when they saw what we thought were termites Billy assured me the damage we discovered was old And the bugs were flying ants ! Much less of problem than we feared. His honestry and throughness impressed me We hired them to treat and inspect and service our home quarterly from now on.

Someone came out within a day or two. He identified the insects as termites and instilled confidence that the problem could be taken care of. He provided an estimate that I considered reasonable. At first he wanted to drill through the ceramic tile floor, but to avoid that, agreed that the treatment could be inserted through the exterior block walls which were exposed on three sides. They came back within a day or two and completed the job. I was provided with a form that identified the diagnosis and treatment and provided a one year guarantee with renewals at a reasonable price. it was a good document to provide to potential buyers. When he wrote up the invoice, I mentioned that the office had indicated a 10% discount. Without a word of explanation, he said it would be 5%. He had inspected the rest of the house and found no signs of other damage or insects. He mentioned that a HUD form guaranteeing freedom from all wood destroying insects throughout the house could be written up for an additional sum. I went for it but had to call a few times to get it. When I read it, the statement was so qualified that is was more of an alarm than a reassurance for a potential buyer. The aftermath of the work required repainting of the walls, but that was nothing compared to what the replacement of tile with radiant heat under it would have been. Overall I was very satisfied with the work and confident that the house was in sound condition for a new owner.

Tommy's Pest Management has got to be the bargain of all time. We were about to sell our house and noticed to our horror that there was some termite damage to a window-sill and an area of a wall that were both partly below-grade and partly very close to grade level. We were fearing a whole-house termite treatment for thousands of dollars, but Tommy did the official termite inspection and took care of the problem with some local underground treatment, which clearly solved the problem. It has now been several months, and the new owner still seems quite pleased with the work.

Tommy came to the house for a post-subterranean termite swarm inspection. He was punctual for the inspection and seemed knowledgeable on the subject. He suggested installing an access door under the stairway to get access to what was determined to be the termite tube access to the house. He inspected several rooms adjacent to where the termites were found, and was thorough and provided a quote on the spot.

Upon selecting him for spot service. Tommy again was prompt for the appointment, and showed the location of the termite tube under the stairs where the termites had access to the house. He helped move my TV and stand to get access to the edge of the room for treatment. He worked efficiently to drill the access holes around the edge of the room (he pulled back the rug and cushion prior to drilling), mix the chemicals for treatment, spray under the stairs through the access door and around the edge of the room. He then cleaned the dust from the drilling, patched the drill holes, reset the rug and helped replace the TV stand and TV. We have a control service agreement on return of termites in the area that was treated. He inspected other parts of the house that were treated when I bought the house and around the outside for possible infestation/trouble spots. He was professional and could carry on a casual conversation when working. We will see if there the termites return, but so far I am more than satisfied with the service.

Tommy came out, a very nice guy. I told him of my concerns and he went right to work. Did a thorough inspection of my garage, outside perimeter, and crawl space of my house for termites. The whole time he was giving me information about what he was looking for. He even looked at my shed and dusted a whole a wood bee had been drilling! All for $35...can't beat it. One thing...he is the owner and operator and does all the work. That is good because you know your getting quality, but it did take a little over a week for him to come out. Would not hesitate to call him again!

Very pleased, he was very knowledgeable, very good at offering advice and you don't have to worry about getting the sales pitch for preventive maintenance. Would definitely use this provider again and was very happy with the service.

This year we had a carpenter bee problem which Tommy treated when he did our termite inspection and we have had no further issue with the carpenter bees or the termites. In July we began to see bees at our humminbird feeders and I called Tommy for an unscheduled visit. His office staff returned my call promptly and worked me into his schedule as I was very worried about the potential of a bee nest in our yard. When Tommy arrived, on time as always, he identified the bees as bumble bees and said there was not really anything he could do about them. I asked him to inspect the yard where my dogs have access to be sure there was no nest they might disturb, which he did. This is no small job as my yard is a little over a half acre. He did a thorough inspection, declared the yard free of any bee nest he could find and set my mind at ease. After explaining a little about bumble bees and what I might do with the hummingbird feeders to discourage them, Tommy would accept no fee for his time as we are regular customers. I fully expected to pay for his time and do not expect him to make time in his schedule for free. Tommy is always professional, knowledgeable, personable and very resonable in his fees. When you call for Tommy you should be prepared to wait a few days for an appointment as he is well liked and busy and he does the work himself. It is worth the wait and his staff will always try to accommodate a client as quickly as possible.

They specialize in trapping wild life that is why I called them. They did not get the squirrel trapped before it escaped on it's own. They had a good plan and I would call them again if I needed their services.
