Rodney, the owner, was very easy to work with and always responsive to any phone calls or questions. He installed the unit with an assistant. In total it took four trips to complete the system. The first day was for measurements and removal of return vent and duct work. The second trip was for install of both the interior and exterior units. The third trip was to install the duct work. After the work was completed I was having problems with the thermostat. Rodney came back out and replaced it. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Schimmel Mechanical to anyone.
