Piano Tuning
Patrick Presnell has tuned and adjusted my piano twice a year since I got it in 2003. He is prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. He explains what he does and why. His wife who maintains the schedule is friendly, professional, and efficient. They were very understanding the one time I forgot an appointment and cheerfully rescheduled. I recommend their services highly.

Piano Tuning
EXCELLENT! COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED - VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. TUNER WAS FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED EACH STEP OF HIS WORK, AND EVEN GAVE ME A BASIC LESSON ON HOW THE PIANO WORKS.
