At first it went well. As I began to question things, it got worse. He had to work with others in the house because I wanted to return back to my house after it being damaged during Hurricane Irene. I did allow three weeks for the painting to be completed. He was often not here and would not show up in the evening/overnight to complete work if he wanted to work without others around. he then told me he felt threatened by me after I had already paid him in full and I then asked him to complete the work. He made personal attacks against me saying I felt I was always right. It is my house. I am paying. I want it done right. I realized I should have done the painting myself.
