 + -1 moreWE ENJOYED THE CONTRACTOR BUT WE FEEL HE WOULD JUST SWEET TALK US. HE TOOK MUCH LONGER THEN EXPECTED FOR THE FINISH DATE. HE TRIES TO BUILD TO MANY HOMES AT ONE TIME. HE FINALLY DID UP GRADE FOR FREE DUE TO WRONG INFORMATION.
Description of Work: WE WERE KIND OF DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BUILDERS. ACCORDING TO WHAT THE LISTING DESCRIBED WAS NOT WHAT HE BUILT. ALL THE ROOMS ENDED UP BEING SMALLER. THEY KEPT TAKING SHORT CUTS SO I WOULD MAKE THEM CHANGE IT. HE WOULD FORGET TO PUT IN THE UP GRADES THAT WE PAID EXTRA FOR.
