My property manager recommended this commercial contractor, who agreed to renovate my bathroom. They delayed and delayed, then when they did the job it was really shoddy. The flooring that was put in was not sealed. The tile work that makes up the molding (along the edge of the floor and the shower) was done incorrectly. The tiles were cut and raw edges were left open with clumps of excess caulk all over the place. There are gouges in the walls and molding that were never putty-ed in correctly. If the company didn't want to do the job they should have been straight with me and told me to find someone else rather than do such a bad job, generally not good communicators. Very depressing as it cost me a lot of money and stress and looks terrible.
